Excellent service
Very satisfied with service provided by Lafayette. The whole process, from ordering the photo pack online to the delivery, was smooth and easy. They had a team of photographers at the event and it was all very well organised. The photographer was also extremely helpful and professional.
I was truly impressed by the high standards of customer care.

We ordered online which was straightforward. We had an issue with delivery (problem with the post, not the company's fault) but Emma was brilliant at sorting it out. Initially, my order (to singapore from the uk) was damaged and an order was missing. The customer service was incredibly quick to reply and sent over a new batch quickly. They arrived yesterday in perfect condition with nice quality photos. I want to thank them for their quick service and I’m very thankful they sent out a new copy despite the the damage probably coming from the courier.
