Moved my 3 year old Dalmatian from the UK to Melbourne. Throughout there was great communication and my dog arrived in Melbourne happy and healthy. Thanks to Bex who ran with this. Brilliant service highly recommend.

Extremely happy with Bex and her efforts to get our cats to us through difficult times. Bex proved to be efficient and nothing was too hard for her when faced with challenges due to issues out of her control. Would definitely recommend her and we would certainly use her again if the need arises!

Where do I start, the process from the beginning to the end. Won’t lie it as been stressfull , challenging and emotional.
But Bex is outstanding, her communication throughout is another level. I honestly don’t know how she does it, even through the most stressful part on rearranging flights & quarantine due to the Middle East situation. But she did it, forever grateful & appreciate everything you have done to get Bella & Bonnie here from the UK - Australia

I can’t thank the team at Ladyhaye enough for facilitating the move of my three pets – a dog and two cats - to Costa Rica.
They managed all paperwork, liaised with my vet and the team at Pet Lounge in Costa Rica.
When my three pets were collected to take to the airport ready for their flight the following day I was kept up-to-date with messages, photos and videos. Definitely the best and highly recommend for any international travel.

We used Ladyhaye to bring our border collie from the UK to Australia. The service has been amazing and Bex has been amazing with advising on anything missing and communication . Amazing service following the cancellation of our dogs flights through the Middle East and Ladyhaye were able to re-route with a minimal extra cost of £150 which was nothing in the grand scheme of things. He was looked after so well in quarantine and came back so fluffy. A very positive experience we have had all around would highly recommend.

If I could give Bex and Ladyhaye 12 stars I would. Bex has been just amazing. Ours was a very complicated move starting in Turkiye to the UK and then to Australia 6 months later but then we got caught up in Qatar airways cancellations. Bex was amazing giving me all the options available and the pros and cons of each of the options. Without Bex my cat might still be stuck in the UK. No question is too silly. We have done this before, but that was before Australia made it so much harder, but Bex made it almost simple. I cannot recommend Ladyhaye more highly. They are exceptional. So if you are looking to import into the UK or sending to Australia look no further.

I'd highly recommending using LadyHaye to transport your pets overseas. Bex helped me relocate my dog back from the UK to Australia and was amazing throughout the entire process. Bex was always available to answer my many questions and provided much reassurance to me throughout the entire experience.

Sending a puppy abroad is always a worrying time but from start to finish, Bex has been super. No question was too much trouble. Immediate reply to any email and kept us in touch about Keena once we dropped her off to prepare for her flight with photos.

Relocating abroad can be fraught without the added worry of taking your pets.Bex was brilliant,professional,caring nothing was too much trouble, whatever you asked she answered inspiring confidence which was only enhanced when our vet who did rabies jabs, animal heath cert etc spoke glowingly about her. This confidence was well founded with our labradors Sidney and Rubus arriving safely on time and in good health

Great experience, Nigel was very helpful and we were able to reach him at any time to answer questions. They built the crate for us and it is extremely high quality.

They helped move my Boxer dog Rex from the UK (LHR) to Calgary and then back to the UK just under a year later.
So responsive to emails and very knowledgable.
I was very worried about moving Rex due to being a Boxer (Brachy breed) but Bex put my mind at ease and answered all of my questions… there was a lot!
She also advised me on the relocation company to use when I was in Canada to get him back to the UK. So very helpful.
