Great company to deal with
Great company to deal with. They offered advice beforehand so we ordered the correct items, and when we had a small issue with one of the ladders, Craig & Andy were brilliant, their customer service was exceptional and everything was resolved quickly. Would definitely recommend and will happily purchase again.

Terrible customer service
On 23 June at 13:52 I spoke with the sales team to discuss a tower. I'd been researching products for a long time and I hire Mi Towers often.
Having found a suitable tower, at a good price point, I phoned ladders and access to discuss the product. The fittings pictured looked identical to the Mi Tower product although it was a different brand. The sales team advised me it was a good idea to go with the other brand and assured me it was the same quality as a Mi Tower.
When it arrived it was different to the pictures and different to what had been described on the phone.
Staff were rude, dismissive and patronising. In the end I felt lucky to get a refund but first I had to agree to pay for them to collect.
I would advise you not to use this business for large purchases.

We take all negative comments seriously, and having actually heard my colleague on the phone to you, I have to disagree that they were "rude and dismissive", he went above and beyond to try and help you with your issues with the tower in question. I am sorry you were not happy with the outcome.

Perfect ladder
Phoned the customer service department, before purchasing the ladder. They were very helpful and informative about which ladder would suit my requirements. The ladder was scheduled to arrive a few days later. Got a text message to say the ladder would be delivered between 8am and 6pm. Waited all day to sign for it, only to find it had been returned to the delivery depot. It did arrive the next day, after another call to the company’s service department. Perfect , steady and secure ladder. Couldn’t have chosen a better product

Firstly apologies this failed to be delivered next day, as per our email comms DX advised delivery failed as there was no answer at the property. Having tracked it the 2nd day we were able to advise it would be delivered that day between 3pm-5pm.
We can only go by what the couriers tell us and apologise further if what they tell us was incorrect.
Thank you for taking the time to review us, we will use this as feedback for any improvements needed.

If you want the goods you've purchased go elsewhere
I selected Ladders & Access (which are based in Bristol) because it had "guaranteed next day delivery". (Actually the second working day for afternoon orders.) I telephoned & confirmed the ladder would be delivered the "next" working day before placing the order. I telephoned the next morning to confirm the ladder would be delivered the following working day. This was imperative as I was travelling to the site to take delivery (resident householder elderly and weakened by cancer treatment). I went to the town (c.100 miles away) the previous evening, slept on the floor & waited all day for delivery before travelling home. No ladder. The first communication was an email the following morning asking for this Trust Pilot review. When I telephoned it was suggested I missed the delivery - on further enquiry it was established the ladder did not leave Bristol until the day after the "guaranteed" delivery. (For avoidance of doubt the delivery organisation was not only contracted by Ladders & Access - no details are shared with customers.)

We understand you selected us based on our “guaranteed next working day delivery” and confirmed this by phone before ordering. It’s clear that the delivery failure caused disruption, especially given the personal circumstances you described.
As per my follow up email, having looked into this we had despatched this on Friday for delivery Monday however the courier company, in this case DX, failed to deliver as promised. As agreed on the phone we have now arranged this to be delivered to your neighbour at No 2 for today, we have also asked the driver to assist with the delivery due to the neighbour being incapacitated, we cannot guarantee this but have asked for this to be done.
