Very poor quality shipped from China to a US re-distributor, so slow arrival time. Then when I tried to return an item because the quality was so poor I got a run around. They had me take photos and return at my own cost to a strange residential address in AZ. They never refunded me after several attempts to request it so I had to file a dispute with VISA. Guess what -- they then issued the refund. Scammy, not trustworth, poor quality - AVOID.

Scam. False advertising. Fake tracking numbers. Refuse to cancel orders. Give out false names and addresses for reruns etc. 100% a scam.

Ordered item a month ago still nothing has arrived bad company

They took my money and I’ve never received anything. It’s been two months! I need to go to my bank now because now they won’t refund me either.

I ordered three items. It took 2 1/2 months to get one item and have still not received the other two at this point they’re asking for the original packaging which once I opened it, I threw the packaging out and they are not going to send me the other items. It’s a scam. Don’t order three different things because you’re only maybe get one and it’s horrible quality

I bought from LacyMate last year when the store was still very new.
To be honest, shipping took a long time back then and the experience wasn’t great. I didn’t really expect to come back.

This time, I decided to give it another try — and I’m glad I did.

The overall experience has improved a lot. Shipping was faster, communication was clearer, and the products felt more refined. My wife really loves this type of lingerie, and the pieces she received this time definitely met her expectations.

From what I can tell, their bestseller items are noticeably higher in quality — better fabric, better fit. Some of the less popular designs seem like they might not always be in stock, which could explain delays for certain orders.

It’s not a perfect store yet, but it’s clear they’ve grown and fixed many early issues.
I’d recommend sticking to their bestsellers, and I’m now more confident ordering again in the future.

Ordered items in Dec25. It was being shipped from china, had 2 shipping attempts with notifications from carrier of return to sender.
Support stuff was quick to respond but did not change carrier and I am awiting for a reposes for a refund.

Took a half a month to get an order and the quality of sub standard. There’s so many other businesses that are in the United States with top match quality at a good price. Stay away from these people. Coming from China and through customs makes it a horrible experience. If I would’ve known it would have taken this long. I would’ve never ordered from Lacey mate in the first place.

Purchase with extreme caution. Ordered items over 5 weeks ago. Tracking said shipped the next day but nothing happened. Comes from China. Supposedly still in transit. I think they expect many people will forget or give up after waiting more than 5 weeks. These will now arrive well after Christmas if they come at all. Will never ever buy from this company again.

Do not order from here. Ordered a “leather” harness and it was cheap plastic with polyester fabric on the inside. I opened the package took one look at it and put back in the package. Won’t take it back due to it being “intimate” apparel although it is a strap from neck to waist. Cheap. Get the same thing from a temu or SHEIN or wherever you buy your cheap costume items.

Items take forever to arrive. They don’t accept returns. Products feel cheap.

Do not trust this site. Items are poor quality, cheaply made, way overpriced and take 5-6 weeks to arrive direct from China. Nothing can be exchanged or returned. You can find better clothing on Temu for a fraction of the price.

Stay away from this site. Ordered 5 weeks ago and still have not received the order or shipping tracking information.

If only I could leave zero stars. If you're looking for good customer service, fast shipping, discrete shipping, etc., DO NOT shop at Lacymate. Trust me, the ads look pretty but this is a sham outfit with a pretty store front for an Alibaba crap-show. Moreover, they use shippers that you've never heard of. One of my packages was lost by the shipper and they confirmed it was lost, yet, Lacymate insists it was delivered!

I placed order #LM833237 on September 12th. The website clearly advertised “Tracked Shipping 5–8 days” with no disclosure that this only applied to domestic U.S. orders or that the product was shipping from China. In reality, my package didn’t even clear U.S. customs until days later — far outside the promised timeframe.

When I asked for a cancellation and refund, the company admitted they could not intercept the shipment but told me I could simply refuse delivery. That’s impossible in my case because the order was sent to a hotel where I am no longer staying. Their policy makes no sense in real life situations, and they take no responsibility for the misleading timelines they advertise.

I’ve had no choice but to open a dispute with my card issuer for false advertising and non-delivery. Customers should be aware that this company hides behind a U.S. storefront while operating from China, with zero transparency or accountability.

Avoid this site — it’s not worth the frustration.

Scam.Would give -5 stars if it would be possible.
Never received the package. Upon asking information from them they wrote the same answer over and over again- to check the mailbox or neighbours.
In the end the sent a shady proof of delivery in Chinese.

Utter crap.

Premium prices for Chinese manufactured rubbish.
