The website was easy to use and the cutlery arrived in good time. One negative, there was no indication that tit would need to be signed for when it arrived - my husband ended up signing for his own birthday present - hopefully the word wine threw him off the scent!

Just taken delivery of my De Buyer frying pan. This is my fourth De Buyer pan and it is exactly as expected. Thick heavy carbon steel that will be a pleasure to work with.
Pan arrived very well packed, and the price was the best I could find on the internet.
