My only criticism is that communication at times was a little slow, and that the portal for document transfers was not as good as others that I have used in the past.
The team were all very friendly, and the property freehold report that they produced was very comprehensive.

Unfortunately, I had to update my review for Labrums because of the last transaction I had. Sharing the transaction of the SDLT payment and proof of land registry update application comes as standard in purchases. However, I haven't received any updates on these two and when I asked for an update the response was "We do not as standard update clients of the points you have raised below." I was lucky that the solicitor still shared with me the necessary reference numbers but how on earth that sharing these is not a part of standard procedure while they are charging for these activities. They have to include this in their standard process like all other solicitors do.

Great service for the sale of my flat. Efficient, answered questions promptly & Laura Mills got the job done. Yes would definitely recommend them.

This firm is all about money and shows little concern for their clients. They were dismissive and uninterested in addressing my concerns. I wouldn’t recommend them if you’re looking for genuine legal support.

I was looking for the services of a UK based Law firm which has Spanish lawyers within its UK based team. Labrums provided the will writing service I needed at a fair cost, including liaison with my UK estates planning lawyer. The service ensured I had complete alignment of my wishes both within the UK and Spain. This included arranging my document signing and Spanish registration of the will, in Spain, with a notary of my choice at a suitable date and time. and I would not hesitate in recommending its services for matters relating to Spanish law.

Labrum’s were very helpful, Issac gave us good advice in regards to a Spanish bank account we had. Highly recommended, thank you Labrum.

The delay being in Sydney is exacerbated by actions expected late in the week, more timely communication would help. Otherwise - brilliant. Lauren is the best, very patient and considered, unruffled and clear in her advice.
