I sent it to a charity shop and am warning everyone about this dreadful company

My experience is extactly the same as the rest of these reviews.
When I initially made purchase there was all positive trust pilot reviews which were clearly fake.
According to the seller’s own policy, processing should take 1–5 business days and delivery 7–20 business days. However, more than a month has passed and I have still not received my order.
The first red flag was that the seller never provided any valid tracking number, despite multiple requests. Instead, I received repeated generic responses claiming that tracking would only be available once the parcel arrives in my country, which is not how international shipping works.
Their explanations have been inconsistent and contradictory:
- First, they said the shipment was in transit
- Then they claimed it was in the last stages of delivery. Provided fake tracking details.
- Later they said delivery failed due to an incorrect address. Yet when I screen shoted the address from the order confirmation . It was the same
These statements do not match each other and seriously undermine trust.
I formally requested a refund, and according to Amelie it has been processed and its the banks fault for not returning money. How stupid do you think I am.
I will now get the same generic reponse to this review asking me to contact Amelie ,the same made up person I have been going around in circles with that last 2 months

I’ve had the same experience as everyone else, ordered over a month ago and have sent several email about the delivery and get the same bullshit and responses with unrecognised tracking numbers. Why are sending more than one tracking number ? It’s a total scam !!!

No tracking, false information, no delivery – very suspicious experience
I placed an order on February 21, 2026 (Order #1318).
According to the seller’s own policy, processing should take 1–5 business days and delivery 7–15 business days. However, more than a month has passed and I have still not received my order.
The most concerning issue is that the seller never provided any valid tracking number, despite multiple requests. Instead, I received repeated generic responses claiming that tracking would only be available once the parcel arrives in my country, which is not how international shipping works.
Their explanations have been inconsistent and contradictory:

- Then they claimed it was held in customs
- Later they said delivery failed due to an incorrect address
These statements do not match each other and seriously undermine trust.
I formally requested a refund, but it has not been processed. At this point, I am forced to initiate a chargeback with my bank.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this website. Buyers should be very careful before making a purchase.

ordered on the site, no purchase confirmation email, after one month I emailed customer service, to be told it is normally 10-20 days for delivery, and they have contacted the courier company and it is on it's way still nothing 10 days later, contacted my credit car company for refund, Labelparis are complete scammers.
