First they grab your attention with a pretty good price, but that is where the ridiculousness begins.
I bought 1 fragrance on 4/7/26. After 2 days I started getting emails about my package being at the Gofo(shipping company) hub in Atlanta, GA as of 4/10/26. I then received on average, 4-5 emails everyday including today(4/20/26). Guess what though? I still have yet to see any change in the location of my package. So for 10 days it evidently it still at that same hub waiting to "process".
So on 4/15/26 I start trying to contact them. First, they don't have a phone number, which makes sense now that I see how their operations are ran. They DO NOT reply to emails. I have sent about 3 of them. Their "chat" system is just a useless AI set up and does not actually answer anything nor does it connect you to an actual person. So I haven't been able to actually reach anyone at that company at all.
So I decided to reach out to GOFO seeing as they are the ones that supposedly have the package to begin with. I started reaching out to them on 4/10/26 after not seeing any change in the tracking info from the many emails I had received. They kindly told me to wait until 9 business days had gone by and if nothing changed to contact them back and they will cancel and refund the purchase. Because their words..."It is a sign the package must be lost." Just like that... the way the person said it was as if things get lost all the time there and it's just normal.
Well it has been over the 9 business days and I reached out to them again! But, this time GOFO tells me to contact La Bella for a refund! Wtf?! What happened to them taking care of it as it was listed in their possession via the tracking emails?! I kindly told them that it is not possible to get in contact with them. The person puts me on hold and then the call disconnected. So yeah I got hung up on because they didn't want to figure out what to do as I was obviously told incorrect information.
So now I have a company that is AWOL and almost seems to be a fake or scam. A "shipping" company that has my package but lost it and isn't taking responsibility and passing the ball back the to ghost company that sold the product to me in the first place. All in all the whole experience was terrible and I would not advise anyone to do business with La Belle Perfume Distributors. I wouldn't advise anyone do business with any company that uses GOFO as their shipper as well. They're pretty sad and unprofessional.

I ordered a perfume that I already used, and I decided to buy it here and it turned out that it was fake, very bad smell, too much alcohol smell and nothing to do with the original, it should be emphasized that I have already bought that fragrance too much more times on other platforms but this is a scam.???
Sent the wrong cologne and won't send the right one
I bought a woman's perfume and a man's cologne, which arrived in less than 2 weeks. Unfortunately, I was sent 2 women's perfume. The only way you can communicate with La Belle Perfume is through email. My first two emails got a response within a couple of days. They asked for photos of the perfume I received. I replied to this email, but haven't heard from them since. Don't buy from this company as there is no way to remedy mistakes.

I wouldn't suggest buying from this business after what I have went through
I received a damaged perfume with noticable damage to the actual item as well as it leaking due to lack of decent packaging and it was never replaced or dealt with by this "business" whatsoever, a buisness that fully packed, fulfilled and shipped said item and is completely responsible for the item (circus fantasy). In fact I contacted them on their site as well as email and have yet to have a response as they will give you a few responses and then ignore you when they don't feel like responding anymore. They additionally ignored me fully on the platform they were selling on (temu) where they are recognized as a local seller meaning they are fully responsible for stock, item issues, and everything else and no response in over two months is to put it lightly highly unprofessional. And to add to the unprofessionalism when I filed a complaint on another large site that is review based they not only responded to me in an immature and rude unprofessional manner but they bribed the site to take the complaint down with information from another order that had zero relevance to the situation, they have seemingly done this with many reviews. If that is any indication of what type of business this is being ran, id suggest steering clear as if a business hides valid complaints when they are in the wrong what else do they possibly do? Because they certainly haven't responded to me or fixed my issue yet but had the time to hide a complaint. I have proof of essentially everything that has happened over the past few months from the actual item all the way to interactions with this business so I have everything I need as proof here and I can back up everything I am saying. All in all if you want to buy from them go ahead but if an item comes with any problem and you made the mistake of buying from them on a platform that isn't their official site they will write you off and claim you aren't their customer even though the policy on said platform states it is their responsibility to handle their store and items within it meaning it is no different than how they sell on the official site as they aren't having temu sell their products they are selling their products on temu though a business storefront they created meaning I am in fact their customer. Additionally just looking at how they respond to others on here should solidify whoever they have responding to complaints that are posted anywhere is unprofessional and is giving the actual company a bad look, while I cannot speak for how reputable they are in certain aspects (certainly not their customer service or their department that handles complaints on other sites) their public responses to people do not make them look professional. Whether they help me or not at this point is irrelevant as people need to be aware of what they do and they might have bribed to have a complaint elsewhere removed but I suspect I can trust this site to keep it up as I have noticed this site is more trustworthy. There's plenty of other places to get perfume and I will buy from everywhere else from now on and avoid this one at all costs after the experiences had with them.
EDIT: business has responded with the same old excuse claiming I am not their customer, apparently they think the page they created on a platform isn't theirs even though all the contact information points to them and is their storefront, apparently a buisness that has been around 4 decades isnt aware of how selling on other platforms work, it is still YOUR products and your job to deal with if you are selling it you do not get away with scamming customers because they aren't buying directly from your site. Unfortunately I am your customer and temu can back me in proving it is YOUR page, you can continue to claim I'm not your customer but the business address attached to your storefront on temu says otherwise additionally the package the item was shipped in says otherwise as well I have pictures of the shipping box. There is additionally an order number as well as an invoice which you were sent from the start you guys don't do very well keeping track of information but that's unsurprising with how you attempted to ignore and sweep my emails under the rug, same with how you guys never responded on temu either. You tried to claim I was bringing up a different order on another site previously on a different review site and now you want to claim that the temu order tied directly to your actual business isn't yours, so 4 decades in buisness is irrelevant people shouldn't trust you if you will lie about something that can be easily proven to avoid taking responsibility. This is a poor response from a supposed trusted business.
To note I am more than happy to provide all the evidence of this needed to the buisness or whoever wants it, I have everything documented including the shipping box, messages, etc

Pero he de aclarar que estoy aquí para dar una opinión sincera, aprovechando que mi pedido apenas llegó, he de aclarar que los tiempos de envio si son realmente largos además de que el paquete se demora mucho en tránsito o incluso en llegar a las transportadoras, pero también es bueno tener en cuenta que los productos si son originales, además de que cuidando mucho su embalaje y presentación, por lo que he de confirmar que el perfume me llego en perfectas condiciones y es totalmente lo que esperaba, por lo que será mi página predeterminada para próximas compras, muchas gracias.

Scam Company Practices
I recently made an order on their website. I was sent a shipping email on 2/17 stating my items would ship soon. I contacted them a week later when I noticed the USPS status never went past “Shipping Label Created”. Over the next 3 days, I contacted them multiple times with 3 separate representatives telling me to either wait or blaming USPS, but they ensured me the item was already shipped. I ended up inquiring with USPS, which confirmed they never received a package from La Belle at all with the tracking number provided. On the 8th business day, another representative told me to file a claim since I had purchased their order protection. 30 minutes after filing a claim, I was told they do not have 2/3 of the order available to ship offering to send the 1 remaining item or cancel the order. I opted to cancel the order and they had the audacity to charge me for the cancellation. This company has pretty deceitful customer service and policies. I will not purchase here in the future, and I advise nobody to else to either.

Some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced . Shipped a completely different product than what I ordered . When I called to let them know and attempt to get a refund the lady on the phone could not have been more rude if she tried . I then received an email from the ship app asking me to rate my experience . I left a much deserved bad rating and explained that they shipped a completely different fragrance .. they replied to the review by telling me to shop somewhere else and said thank you for the bad review . That should tell you all you need to know about this company ..

As a 1st time customer im impressed LaBelle has a new customer. I ordered cologne Sunday night 6/3/23 my order was shipped the very next day and I received my order today 6/7/23 I enjoy the fragrance. I like that Lebelle perfume is in an actual store so I know my fragrance is legit.
