Customer service seems attentive, although the price structure on this site is still out of whack. It cost too much to be on the site and be able to have much communication with any of the other clients. Still far too expensive. In my opinion you should receive 10 times the amount of credits per dollar spent compared to what is the current structure.

I encountered several types of scams here:
The first involved a woman who had been texting me for quite some time; she turned out to be a transgender woman who was deceiving men by pretending to be a woman.
The second type of scam: another interaction with a different woman after the previous scam was that the same woman I had been texting for a long time—after a period of inactivity I had due to surgery (2 months)—I contacted her, and she had no idea who I was and had a completely different life from the one she had told me about, including being born in a different country.
I confronted her, and her explanation upon being exposed was that she was testing me. I asked her questions about her previous life, and she couldn’t answer them. This is a scam targeting honest men. We must be on guard against this type of scam.

I was worried about my data but the privacy settings are easy to find. I feel okay having my photos up here because the community is moderated.

I haven't had any rude interactions yet. Everyone seems to be here for genuine conversation which is a huge relief after some of the stuff I've seen elsewhere.
