If you have a pre-order DO NOT ORDER FROM KYX YOU'LL NEVER GET IT
I placed a pre-order in February for a shoe that shoukdve been shipped May 1 as it got closer in April I asked for an update as they were for a special occasion and was seeing if they would still ship so if not I can order another shoe. She cancelled my order. I emailed like how do you cancel an order before speaking to the customer. I emailed her and after a few emails I told her I never requested my order to be cancelled. So I reordered. Now here after May 1 and no communication. People were also leaving comments asking has anyone received there order. So she makes a post and says all emails for preorders would be replied to by EOD ok 5 days passed. I sent another email left a comment on FB and today she responds to my comment on tb and says she cancels my order but mo explanation. It seems she can't communicate effectively or handle her orders orvhandke custimers asking about their order. How you cancel because we asking questions. Very very unprofessional I don't recommend anyone to order. Go to someone who will respect and appreciate your patronage. I ordered these in February and here it is almost June and no communication at all but now it's canceled..bad business if I can give a 0 I would!! Now i still don't have a shoe that i waited on for months!!! So disappointed
