100% Refund is False and Misleading
Unethical Business Practice
I purchased a pair of shoes that arrived and were to small so I emailed the supplier and requested either a refund or exchange.
They replied with " Thank you so much for getting in touch, and I'm sorry the pair has come up a touch too snug. Let's get the right size on its way to you very easily.
Now, there's one thing I want to mention straight away. Because we ship from our specialised international workshop, sending a parcel all the way back to us for a full refund is quite a costly affair, somewhere around 50 AUD in shipping at your expense. The refund is then processed once the parcel is confirmed as delivered to our warehouse. Completely understandable if you'd still like to go that route, just say the word and I'll send through the full return details.
Before you commit to all that postage and waiting though, I'd love to offer you something kinder.
I can have a fresh pair of the same style sent out to you in a size 39 for a small 30 AUD contribution towards the shipping and handling from our end. We cover the cost of the new pair completely, all you contribute is the small shipping fee.
And here's the loveliest part. The pair already with you is yours to keep on top of all that, no return required, no parcel queues, no fuss at all. Pass them on to a friend or family member with a slightly smaller foot, or simply set them aside, whatever feels right."
Beware that their claim that your will receive a 100% Refund it false and misleading.
