Beaujolais Nouveau

Order was for Beaujolais Nouveau, not due for arrival to customer until the 3rd Thursday in November. Delivery was perfect, arriving one day before (2nd) and full marks on the DHL packaging....very secure! Parcel tracking also worked well in this instance...all in all, very good

Nice wine but with order and delivery problems

The day after placing our order we were informed that the order could not be completed as they were one bottle short of our selected wine. They did however offer an alternative which we accepted, but we were disappointed that we didn't get fully what we wanted.

We also got a text messages giving a delivery time of between 08:20 and 12:20. I re-organised an appointment so that I could be in between those times to take delivery. I waited until 1pm when I had to leave. I then had a text at 2:17pm stating the driver had taken the parcel back as no one was in to take delivery! The parcel was then delivered the following day but without notification. Luckily I had just returned home.
The wine is lovely, hence the 4* rating, but the process was dissapointing.

Amazing company to deal with

Amazing company to deal with. Great prices. Only issue I had was having to stay in for 2 days running as GLS emailed delivery date but failed to deliver until 8pm the following evening. Would recommend using a more reliable logistics provider.

Kwmwine offer such a great service. Lisa was so helpful with information and updated following delivery concerns with Fastways. So helpful and informative. Delivery arrived so quick considering everything. Would highly recommend

KWM are always reliable

KWM are always reliable, I have been ordering for a few years now and their standards and customer service have remained excellent. The deliveries are always prompt and well packaged.

Avoid if delivery is to British Mainland

The company uses Fedex for delivery to the British mainland. Unfortunately Fedex is incabable of following delivery instructions.
