Customer service was exemplary, shipping was prompt after special order was decided, and ice cooler gift was stunning with engraved Claddagh.
When I lived in Seattle, Kusak Crystal etched a wine decanter with a Basque cross for Spanish friends. It was 20+ years ago, and now from Pittsburgh, the company still excels!
