I am writing this review with immense frustration and disappointment regarding Kurt Kinetic and their abysmal customer service. My experience with their trainers and their supposed "lifetime warranty" has been nothing short of a nightmare.

Let me start by saying that I initially had high hopes for Kurt Kinetic trainers. Their products are marketed as durable and reliable, and the lifetime warranty on their trainers was a significant selling point for me. Unfortunately, when my trainer broke, it became painfully clear that their warranty is nothing but an empty promise.

After my trainer malfunctioned, I diligently followed the appropriate steps and reached out to Kurt Kinetic via email multiple times, expecting a prompt and helpful response. To my utter dismay, my emails were met with complete silence. Despite their website's claim of excellent customer support, it seems that Kurt Kinetic conveniently chooses to ignore customers who have legitimate issues with their products.

The lack of communication and complete disregard for my concerns is simply unacceptable. As a customer who invested their hard-earned money in a supposedly reputable brand, I expected a basic level of respect and assistance. Instead, I have been left feeling ignored and frustrated.

The absence of any response from Kurt Kinetic has forced me to question the integrity of their so-called "lifetime warranty." It appears to be nothing more than a marketing ploy, designed to lure unsuspecting customers into purchasing their products. What good is a warranty if the company behind it refuses to honor it?

Furthermore, the fact that Kurt Kinetic has failed to address my concerns reflects poorly on their overall commitment to customer satisfaction. It is evident that they prioritize sales over their existing customers' needs, which is a disgraceful way to conduct business.

In conclusion, I cannot stress enough how disappointed I am with Kurt Kinetic. Their trainers may boast quality craftsmanship, but their customer service is an utter disaster. If you are considering purchasing a Kurt Kinetic product, I implore you to think twice. Their lack of response and disregard for their customers' concerns is indicative of a company that does not stand behind its promises. Save yourself the frustration and invest your money elsewhere.

Do not buy a Kinetic Trainer, no customer support. I purchased a R1 trainer a few years ago, light use and then developed a probelm . Contacted customer support. it took a couple of days for a response, after going back and forth with them (days for each reply) they went silent. I have sent multiple emails and phone calls for weeks. No response , I dealt with Scott at Kinetic . This was an $ 800 trainer and would have expected some response . The trainer worked well , when it worked. Now its just taking up space.
