Great service from UK electronics supplier selling at Chinese prices
I initially found Kunkune when looking to get hold of a part I didn't have time to wait for Aliexpress for. I've since gone back for repeat orders and been very impressed with the service. I have ordered RPi Pico clones, radio communication modules and DC/DC converter modules. All have been good quality and working as described, similar to modules available from China on Aliexpress etc. but with fast UK shipping and a very reasonable price mark-up. Definitely recommended, especially for electronics hobbyists using Arduino, Raspberry Pi etc.

Purchase was perfect
Purchase was perfect. However: I've already completed a survey with "TrustMate". Having completed the survey I researched "TrustMate" and could find very little information. Which was concerning. I contacted KunKune for clarification To be totally honest I'm, anyway, getting tired of having to review my "purchase experiences". Getting 2 invites is beyond ridiculous!!

Good communication
Good communication, reliable hardware, decent prices and prompt delivery.
Many providers of 2.4" TFT touch sensitive screens are supplying version 1.3 which often do not work with ILI9341 as claimed, whereas Kunkune's are version 1.2 which work well.

As a student, Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional and Rude Customer Service
As a student, I’m always careful with where I spend my money. I ordered a product from Kunkune.co.uk and was really disappointed by the way I was treated. Initially, I wanted to return the item in perfect condition, but they expected me to cover the return shipping costs — which felt unfair and unprofessional, especially for a student budget.
I ended up keeping the item, only to later discover that the board was actually faulty. When I explained this to them, their response was extremely dismissive — literally saying “sure it is,” as if I was making it up. They eventually issued a refund, but then told me to never shop there again. Seriously?
That kind of attitude towards a paying customer is unacceptable. There’s a professional way to handle customer service, and this wasn’t it. I won’t be returning — not because they told me not to, but because no one should be treated like that. Avoid.

Vastaus yritykseltä Kunkune
Hi Hassan Mohammed,
Thank you for sharing your feedback.
To clarify the situation:
You initially contacted us stating, "I would like to cancel my order," referring to order #24204. Upon checking, we found the order had already been dispatched and delivered, as confirmed by the tracking details provided. We explained: "Unfortunately, your order (#24204) cannot be canceled as it has already been dispatched and delivered to you. However, you're welcome to return the item for a refund."
When informed that return shipping for non-faulty items is at the customer's expense, as per our clearly stated shipping policy, you replied: "Ah it’s alright then [...] it would cost me about 1.55 to send it back I think so after spending about £9.35 I’d only get 5.90 back which means I'm losing like 3.35."
Later, you claimed, "Hey there I think this is faulty,"
Upon receiving this message, we issued a refund for the order on the basis of your statement. We did not request further proof nor delay the process. The refund was actioned promptly in good faith.
We would like to note that our communication strictly followed our policies, which are publicly available on our website. At no point did we refuse to process a return or a refund where warranted. The timeline also shows that we responded consistently and gave clear guidance throughout.
Should you require further support or clarification on our processes, feel free to contact us directly.
Kind regards,
KunKune Customer Support Team
