Turnt up, no parking even though loads of onstreet parking was stated, finally found our room walked in and the smell of mould and damp just hit you in the face, contacted bookings.com said I wasn't happy with staying here with my 10 year old. They said they'll send soneone out waited over hour no one came and was refused to get a refund back even though we didn't stay there bad experience I'd avoid booking here.

Far to complicated to check in nexer stay here again

I am not happy with the commitment and service it’s been 4 months I stayed with kunda house on church road flat 2 and flat 1 there was no electricity every week once a day it was cold and no heating nothing we can cook called and it took 5 to 7 hours for sort out this in my stay flat 1 church road . Asked for refund no one cares and listen or bother to reply . And after my stay when I asked for my refund they refused to pay back and said there was issue in flat 2 church road while our stay in November while after our stay there were another guests also stayed but no one said anything about it when we moved out after 4 months now they refused to return our security deposit. Very very poor customer support

The apartment on Pershore Road in Birmingham, very clean, is a studio apartment with a kitchen equipped with utensils, electric hob and oven, microwave and kettle. The two double beds and the single bed are pushed together, so there is no mutual privacy for guests. The bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower. About 20 minutes by bus from the city center. There are 3 supermarkets nearby where you can stock up on supplies. Be careful because there are 2 separate entrances, one at 1266 and the other at 1268 Pershore Road, so make sure you are in front of the right one, because access is via code that will be sent to you at check in. Customer support is very attentive and always available if needed. One thing that I found rather annoying is the request for an additional deposit of 150 GBP as compensation for any damage, which must be paid before check in and which is returned approximately 48 hours after check out, after a check of the guest for any damage or a surplus for cleaning the apartment.

I love the apartment; it has all amenities required for an awesome stay. The apartment was clean and well organized when i arrived. The cleaning team must be doing really well! The only issue i had was the television, it couldn't connect to the internet. At first the maintenance team, V (very nice guy), came to help me resolve the issue by rebooting the router; but after a while it went back to status quo. So i entertained myself with my phone. Aside that it is perfect, and i look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Birmingham. Shouldnt have given it a five star excerpt for the television (i am a tv person).

Kunda House decided to change the original booking made via Booking.com.
The room was not what we booked and was missing alot of promised facilities.
Missing Towels, Bedding, Toiletries, Tea and Coffee making.

Their service is very poor they don't attend queries on time. They also took almost a month to give back my deposit instead of 48 hours they had stated when I paid for the room.

Checked in an apartment with a different address to what I booked via Booking.com
I booked an apartment with 2x Double Beds but opened the door to a Single and Double bed. Kunda House tell me to go upstairs to another apartment.

This apartment is disgusting. Underwear in the bed. Used glasses on the tabletops. Used towels on the bed and stains on the bedding. Clearly someone's had fun!

Told to go back to the original apartment we were given for the night and house keeping will clean the apartment I originally booked tomorrow.

This replacement apartment has no Towels or Bedding. Their amenities are a complete lie and their customer service is a complete shambles. This company is a complete fraud and shouldn't be allowed to advertise their poor apartments.

They provided wrong pin and now they are not accepting it.

I struggled to find the property the gate has a motion sensor for light

TO TURN ON THE LIGHT YOU HAVE TO BE CLOSE TO THE GATE BUT YOU CANT BE CLOSE TO THE GATE BECAUSE THE AREA IS VERY DARK AND ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND THE GATE

The booking.com website has address 11 lyncroft road and they sent address 16 springcroft road in a message. I couldn’t find the gate of the property on springcroft road as it was very dark there so I entered a PIN on lyncroft road gate which didn’t work and then someone from the neighbour called the police as they thought I was breaking into the property.
That was so embarrassing because the police investigated me.

Next day I went there in the day light and found the gate but still the PIN they provided didn’t work and I had to email and call them to reset the PIN as it was definitely wrong.

They then reset the PIN and emailed me the new PIN and now they are not accepting that the PIN was wrong

I had to stay at airport IBIS hotel and paid for a night

They should refund one night stay charges but as they are unfair people they don’t want to refund

Pictures on booking.com looks fantastic but in reality the room is NOT even close to those pictures

The apartment is spotless. And well equipped. The customer service lady (lee Anne) was excepcional. The location of the apartment is fantastic. We had a good time

I kept pack of frozen chicken in the freezer only for those to be missing and the customer care is insisting that the housing is not responsible. So beware, your items are not safe in the place

Clean apartment but not enough bedrooms, requested two bedrooms but only given a one bedroom

they use enhanced or fake pictures to advertise their rooms. Kitchen, hallway, rooms -all filthy, dirt everywhere. As of today, I still haven't received my deposit, While I haven't checked in.

Great team made my switch of rooms for an extended stay super easy.

Such a terrible experience, ended up being bit several times by bed bugs and sent photo and video evidence of the bed bugs infestation which they dismissed and refused to refund for the nights I stayed

Had to throw items away as a result, in addition to having to get the rest of my items treated

Probably one of the worst experiences anyone could have at an accomodation
