Kudos Trading Arvostelua

Top product from a top company

Dispute about next day or not. Apparently it’s in the small
Print. Not what I want to hear when paying for next day.

I ordered 2 x 1litre bottle of Fernox LP Sterox and a tub of test strips, for decontamination of a water storage tank. I chose Kudos Trading because the price was competitive. Delivery was prompt, DPD kept me informed of the delivery slot by text. As far as I can tell, the product worked well. My only complaint is that there was no additional seal around the bottom of the cap and one of the bottles leaked - the bottom of the cardboard packaging box was quite damp. I don't know how much liquid I lost but at nearly £50 a litre it was annoying to have lost any.

Highly recommend for underfloor systems! The team was professional, arrived right on time,
Fantastic experience with this company. They were professional, efficient, and reasonably priced.

I paid £20+ for pre-noon following working day delivery, ordered it Thursday it arrived Monday.

I’m not sure why this comment has promopted the response it has from the seller? What I said was factually correct and supported by the sellers comment, for which I gave them 4 stars? On reflection this leaves me now wondering if I was right to do so?

Great service, had a small issue with order which was promptly fixed. Also a v competitive price. Well recommended.

Great customer service and super helpful advice! Quick service and delivery too, will definitely use again!
