Ask for my ID in the free tier and the verification step doesn't work...

Customer support never replied also, just useless.

Since when do I need to send official documents to deploy a simple app ?
Koyeb asks you to « prove your identity » which is really suspicious… A waste of time, for me at least.

I decided to deploy a regular bot for subscriptions, and the subscriptions weren't for a scam group, but my own, as a way to support my "creativity."
Almost a week later, they blocked me, but they're offering to verify my identity and then maybe grant access. This is extortion, even if they won't use it, won't send it, or don't need it. Perhaps these services get some kind of commission from these checks or something else that will bring them money. I don't recommend this service.
They also do not provide any reasons, which increases suspicions about this service.

They have good services but 1-click deployment apps not working
I've been using koyeb for 2 years for backend services.
Everything is fine so far

I got blocked after about a week as my account was flagged as suspicious directly after setup.
The only way to very your account is to scan your government ID through some 3rd party service.
I reached out via email but got no response in these 7days.
Sad to see this, as I would‘ve been interested to start paying for a Pro subscription.
This entire experience is very untrustworthy, I thus would suggest people to use a different hosting provider.

I had tried to deploy my bot into their free tier for the first time ever, but what I had seen was the "We cannot offer you access to Koyeb" and "ID Verification" button. I am sure that ID verification on this kind of services is unusual, and suspicious.

They’re basically a serverless no-ops platform to deploy website, DB, etc.
Once you deploy your website they flag your account as suspicious, and that happened multiple times for me.

Also, if you want to deploy a free-tier wbsite they’d make your website performance so bad to make you pay.

If you deployed multiple times without paying, they’re going to suspend your account.
