I don’t even want you to give 1 star because they took my money and refuse to refund me for the belt. The leather looked amd felt like plastic. I did everything they asked and its been over a month and NO correspondence or refund. Lets all get together and SUE THEM!!!

Their belt lengths do not match what is advertised. Belts are supposed to be 47". What is received was 43" length belts. Asked for return and refund. They stated they would ship out the correct belts then they ghosted me on correspondence. The belts are also poor quality. Look nice but feel cheap. The customer service is horrible. They start out nice and attentive...lead you on like they really want to make things right. Then...nothing. They string you along until after you reach the date the expiration window for return closes. I had to file a claim through PayPal to get my refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Kowby is by far the most unprofessional and dishonest company who falsifies their business practices as it relates to the use of their "return policy." They will not supply the return address to proceed with my return ( as stated in their return policy instructions) after repeated requests. They DO NOT have a customer service number. Deceptive business- Inferior Company and products.

Couldn't rate lower. Belt arrived, broken we reached out multiple times to "customer service". Only to be told false information, ask for videos and then to await replacement. Did so and jumped through and produced everything that was requested. We never heard anything after repeated attempts to reach out to them. Only when after 30 days did they reply stating it was after 30 days and nothing could be done. Be aware!!! Do not buy!!!!

Order 2/18/26, have yet to receive the product have sent multiple emails was told that they could not verify my address and was returned to them but the USPS tracking shows it never left a facility in Texas never reached Tennessee currently trying to get a refund

The belts are not real leather. Very thin and barely support the buckle. Company is not responsive at all. I wish I had read the previous reviews before ordering.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I ordered 2 belts. When they arrived, I opened the package and the belt leather reeked of mold. No paperwork in the package. I had to look back on the website for return instructions. I had to send them an email to get an address for return. I returned the belts and received a photo from UPS with time of return, and confirmation that returned package was accepted by someone in the "front office." Since then, I have repeatedly sent emails to ask about my refund. The last reply I received from the "founder" a month ago promised my refund was being processed and I would see it within a few business days. Since then, I have received no replies to any of my further inquiries. And still no refund. I realize my money has been stolen.

Belt was advertised as 47". That is from tip of buckle to other end tip of the leather. In actuality, the belt probably fits someone 36" or so or less. Maybe 38". It does feel thin and cheap. Wish I had not ordered!

Dhl did not deliver . No way to contact company. Have to dispute with credit card. Do buy from them

The belt buckle is decent, but that's all. The belt is thin, soft, and doesn't hold up to the buckle. After wearing it for a little over a month, the holes on the belt stretched and tore from one hole to the other to were I could no longer wear it.

I emailed Kowby, and their response was basically...sorry to hear that, but it's past our 30 day warranty. You can put the buckle on another belt.

THAT'S NOT THE POINT, AND IT'S TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This is a terrible product and a terrible company. Avoid it like the plague!

scam!!! Cheap, poorly made, huge in size. Would not respond to email for weeks unless I complained.

Very cheap looking belt and buckle. I have tried to return but get no response. The belt is way too large. The buckle looks like cheap tin. Terrible.

I ordered my belts early January and have received nothing. I have contacted them several times and they tell me the same thing, so sorry returned to sender. The best part of the scam is that when they email me from customer service they sign the email ‘Luca, founder of Kowby’ what a scam!! Don’t purchase anything from them.

Definitely not real leather. Absolutely enormous in size. And the knives are almost useless. Wouldn’t give any stars if that was an option. They also have a weird chemical smell. Highly don’t recommend.

Heavy buckles, cheap belts. Hurt to take the buckle knives in / out, and I asked to return the belts. I have hand issues. I was told by Luka that it was past the month mark (I received no paperwork in the plastic bag shipment), and would not be able to return his product. I still have the plastic belt sleeve, and bubble wrap they were covered in for shipment. I would avoid purchasing at all costs as there are more reputable, and better quality companies that make a finer product than Kowby.

The belt the belt was worn about two times and the knife fell outI have no idea where it went and they want to offer to send me another one. I got three that I wanted to use for presents. Why would I want to send a present that is of this quality. Not only do they want you to take another piece of Chinese crap they don’t wanna pay for the shipping to ship it back. It’s a scam just another Chinese scam.

Belt was not one size fits all as advertised. It may fit a child. Cheap looking belt. I emailed for a return and got a reply to add some more holes from Luka the founder. I replied and said tried that but its still wayyy too small. Never heard a word back. These guys are a fraud and crooks, DO NOT send them any money. Karma will get them for this.

I would give less than one star if possible. Fist off the belts are standard adjustable 47 inches. What woman needs a 47 inch belt. They accidentally sent me a "flawed one" at 43 inches which on the smallest hole fits. The last hole in the standard 47 inch is at 34 inches. If you are a little fluffy it would probably work. Not an American company as advertised. Cheap Chinese manufactured belts. Great idea, horrible execution of product manufacturing. If these were men's belts probably would not be an issue. Too big for women. Customer service useless. Responsive but without any resolution to a belt too large for any average female to wear. Do not buy these.
