KOVI Fabrics Arvostelua

Plan for unexpected, amazing and personalized service when you place any orders. From ordering a few samples to ordering the fabric for your next project, you will feel tended to and cared for. I'm in real estate and their follow up is inspiring. Thank you!

At first I thought the fabric is pricy here, so I looked elsewhere, and KOVI end up being the cheapest. The customer service was fantastic. I ordered 3 samples before making purchase, and finally settled on 2 of them. They sent me 3 emails to confirm if I need any help and offered to credit back the money I spent on the samples. The fabric came quick and properly wrapped. I will buy again from them and definitely recommend it to my friends!

Fabric was exactly what I had been looking for! Shipment was delivered quickly, was well packaged and I even received a follow up to see if it had been delivered. Very pleased with the service from Kovi Fabrics! AliceP

The customer service is excellent. I had them match a second fabric color to my more expensive fabric and I was quite happy with it.

I have ordered fabric twice from KOVI and their customer service is impeccable. They respond quickly with deliveries, but most importantly, they check back with you to see if your order has arrived and if you are happy! Also, the fabrics are gorgeous!
They are top-notch!

Hands down the BEST customer service ever. I will definitely be ordering again. I had a fabric chosen that I waited a little to long to order. It ended up being out of stock. With the help of several employees, multiple fabric samples were sent to me as a replacement. None ended up working so I decided to wait for the fabric chosen to be in stock again, which ended up being a couple months. They follow up a couple months later, on the exact day they estimated. Andrea at Kovi is my rock star. Thank you!

My experience with KOVI was excellent. It was so great to receive samples--it's an absolute must! And if you pick one of their fabrics, the price of samples goes towards the purchase price of fabric. I did end up choosing a KOVI fabric. It arrived quickly (even in the pandemic), was beautiful, and looks terrific on my reupholstered dining room chairs. Customer service and follow-up was excellent. Highly recommend.

super happy with my fabric and the follow up from their customer care! I'm am so happy i found kovi. their prices are AMAZING also!!

I have ordered from Kovi several times and have always been more than satisified. I love the selection and the prompt delivery of product.

Had what I needed at a reasonable price, received it quickly, and I was happy with the quality.

Beautiful fabric delivered just as ordered! Colors vibrant and crisp, can’t wait to begin my project! Will definitely order from Kovi again!

I had a terrific experience with KOVI. Their selection is expansive and they sent me the samples I requested in a timely fashion. Once I decided on the one I want, an awesome saddle-like vinyl that really looks like leather, they deducted the (modest) cost of the samples they'd sent earlier and I got the full five yards right away. Very good prices and selections. I highly recommend them!

Beautiful high quality fabric! Received order quickly too! I only needed a yard for one chair but I definitely think they threw in some extra...I could cover 2 more chairs!

Couldn't be more pleased! Wasn't sure exactly how much fabric to order for my four chair seats and quickly got a helpful call back. The fabric is just as pictured and the quality appears to be excellent. The price was good as well. Customer service then followed up with an email to check that all was well. I will definitely order from Kovi again the next time I need fabric.

I ordered a few samples and from there placed my order. Everything happened quickly and I also received several emails from a customer service/project advisor to insure I received my samples and to assist in any way. Wow!! It's hard to find that kind of customer service these days ThankS

I had ordered some fabric but neglected to inspect what I received. I could tell the color was correct but when I finally opened it, the print was incorrect. I sent an e-mail and Andrea R. responded quickly. I received the correct fabric within 2 days. Wow, great customer service. Thank you, Helena E

Great amount of patterns to chose from. Great prices. Ships and arrives quickly

We ordered some upholstery fabric to redo our dining room chairs. I was hesitant to order this online because I usually need to touch, feel and see what I am buying but I was very pleased with what I purchased. The colors were exactly as seen online and the texture and quality was what I hoped for. Came very professionally packaged as well. Love my fabric.

Quality of product and great customer service brings me back every time. I always feel comfortable sending my customers to KOVI.com knowing they too will have a good experience.
