I bought the daily clip a bit less than a year ago and I really liked it at first because it held my hair well. But it quickly warped and became less tight fitting than when I first purchased it. Then just today it fell out of my hand onto the floor and snapped so it’s now unusable. Their marketing clearly doesn’t hold up to reality; these clips are not nearly as strong as they say and are wildly expensive for the actual level of quality you get. Disappointed in my purchase and will not order again.

Their customer service is terrible. They do not care about their consumers as long as they are getting money.

I’ve ordered from here 3 times and all the products I’ve ordered have been amazing. I just ordered the new brush and it’s the most luxurious brush I’ve ever used. Shipping takes a little longer but well worth the wait! Happy to support a Canadian company!

I love what Kov stands for - inclusive sizing, high quality, and functional and cute design. I am happy to support local businesses, especially one like Kov that produces such great products. I've bought several clips and accessories for myself, friends, and family and we all love them! For a Canadian business, however, it is too bad that their tier system seems to be based on USD rather than CAD. These clips are not cheap by any means, and I would think, a splurge/treat for most consumers. Although we may make up a smaller base, small gestures can go a long way.

I’ve owned several of their clips and accessories. I think I’ve bought one of every item since they started. I still have my OG clip that I know I’m not supposed to but I use it as my shower clip and it’s still going strong. Anytime I reached out to CS they’ve been helpful. You can see the hard work this company puts in to creating the best products.

Great clips and very beautiful. I own 3 of their clips, in 3 diff sizes, and they've all been my go tos. (-1) star because the biggest size I own actually broke on me but their warranty is a really great thing to have. Customer service did their best to help me and event sent out a replacement that I'm still waiting on. Overall, good clips. You can have some ease of mind with the warranty. And their customer service does their best to help you out.

KOV is the ONLY hair clip brand that I trust. I've had the same exact hair clip for over a year and a half, with no signs of wear. I buy these for my friends and family for birthdays, holidays, etc. The quality is extremely unmatched and the colors are gorgeous too. They're constantly coming out with new stuff which I appreciate.

KOV is the only hair clip I've found that actually holds all of my hair. At first I wasn't sure about the cost of this clip - which is significantly higher than others. However, it is absolutely worth the price considering it (1) securely holds my hair all day long and (2) doesn't break easily like other, less expensive clips. Highly highly recommend.

Kov Essentials is always great for long and thick hair like mine. They work with their consumers for feedback and changes everyone would appreciate. Their quality is always great as well as their customer service.

Horrible experience with Kov. Items were never delivered and the brand refused to refund me and instead gave me a gift card for a lower amount of the original purchase! Terrible customer service!

I took advantage of a black friday sale, but unfortunately due to the Canada Post strike, they weren't able to ship it to my address. They were very responsive in trying to work with me to find an alternate shipping location for a courier, but it didn't work out. They agreed to cancel the order but honour the sale pricing after the strike was over. When it ended and I contacted them, they set up a sale-priced cart for me right away. Sadly, two of the three items I wanted were out of stock so I asked them just to cancel everything and I accepted that it wasn't going to work out. They were very apologetic again.
A few weeks later I got a surprise in the mail - they had gifted me the three beautiful clips I had ordered, completely as a gesture of goodwill. I never expected this! And to top it off, the clips are strong, and super comfortable. I have very long and thick/coarse hair that takes a lot to hold. Wonderful company that truly cares.

I had a shipment go missing and the customer service rep. handling my order was amazing. She ensured I received what I needed in a timely manner and checked afterward to see if everything was ok. Even months later, I was contacted again to see if everything was OK. I can honestly say I have never had better customer service from any other company or brand!

I love my Kōv clips -- they're beautiful, sturdy, and actually hold my dense, damaged hair. The Soul clip in particular is such a unique shape. I experienced some shipping delays due to the holidays which was absolutely nobody's fault, but I worried about the package being lost in the mail, and Sheri from customer service was so helpful. Never going back to any other claw clips!

Sheri in customer support provided the best of the best. Her communication and problem solving skills are amazing. She helped navigate my delivery throughout the issue of the postal strike and followed up immediately upon my complaint regarding the delivery driver's mishandling of my parcel. Outstanding service!

I absolutely love these hair clips—especially the sculpt clip. The quality is incredible and it is so comfortable to wear! I even fell asleep wearing this clip and it didn't bother me at all. I also love all my Daily (I have in large - blush and medium - grapefruit) and Demi (chai in small and blue in medium) clips that I own —they’re such cute pieces, and I adore them. Again both the quality and the colours, I have never had a hair clip be able to stay in my hair for as long as they do

Unfortunately, due to the Canada Post strike I was unable to receive my order since my location was too remote for them to ship to. However, I was able to email with them successfully and I was able to get a full refund. They were very understanding of the whole situation and tried very hard to be able to ship my order but nothing was working. None of it was their fault and I really appreciated them trying their best! When Canada Post is up and running again I will definitely purchase something!

Kov is my go to for any hair accessories! Customers service is always top notch and replies to any inquiry’s promptly! I have 10 + clips and will keep coming back for more!

I asked them to cancel my order or at least hold it until Canada Post isn’t on strike and they just didn’t answer. Then my order is delivered through this great value version delivery company that delivers it to the wrong address. Then this $160 is stolen and they could care less. They won’t offer to send a replacement or a refund or anything, they basically say it’s your fault, if you would like to pour money in to nothing then go for it but don’t expect any actual customer service

They took a long time to ship my package which is understandable due to the holiday season. I messaged customer service to ask if I can pick up my order instead of shipping it out and they said I could cancel my order since it was not gonna make it out on time before I head back home for the holidays. I responded to their email within a few hours to confirm the order cancellation so that they can cancel it before it shipped and even followed up multiple times. It has been over two days at this point and despite multiple emails to follow up, I received no response at all. Why would you even offer to cancel the order if you’re not even gonna respond after? Seems unprofessional to me. Now the order has shipped and I have no one to pick it up.

My clip stretched out to the point of being unusable after less than 2 weeks. I reached out to customer service thinking it was a one-off and it'd be covered by their "6 month warranty" but they wouldn't do anything about it. I was really excited to support a local business but this experience has left a super bad taste in my mouth, not to mention them hiding reviews with constructive feedback from their website.
