The product was defective from the start. They required a video to prove it. They said my hand was moving when I was recording. They said the product was working perfectly. The product would short out with the slightest movement. They would not do anything for me. So I went back through the credit card I use to try to get my money back. Then they refused to do anything until I closed my case with the credit card. So I closed the case and now they will not do anything because they said the case is still pending. I had to send them a letter stating they closed the case. Now they won’t return my emails. This is the biggest scam ever don’t waste your money.

So far so good. I’ve been using the Kovaria hand wrap for about a month now and I am not really seeing much of a difference but my condition is not deteriorating either. Still and all I am hoping for the best. Will keep you posted.

Use it twice a day, both hands, believe it has provided a noticeable improvement over a few months of use. Tingling in hands has reduced and so has pain ✅✅✅

Have gotten some relief on hand /wrist pain

Great product and fast shipping. I ordered this for my mother she loves it her hands are so crippled up and painful and this heat wrap does wonders for her.

I ordered the wrist red light therapy on 6/7/2026, Haven't received it and cannot contact the company. Where's my order?

Using for a month now and no relief. Red light therapy is a hoax it does not work. This is the second brand that I have used with no relief at all.

Id been barely managing with only limited sleep at night due to carpal tunnel pain. Initially skeptical of the Kovaria wrap I've discovered that by using it twice a day for the past 2 or 3 weeks I've been able to stretch out my sleep to a continuous 6 hours or so. I'm confident continued use will result in more benefit.

I have quite severe Carpal Tunnel and selected Kovaria (against having surgery) as an option, having read a lot of reviews and reports.
Clearly, it is not a quick fix but I have been persevering with 15 mins daily now for a few months. Sometimes, I feel progress is being made whilst other times not so. Think this will take a few months, so I will keep going!

I bought this device for my adult son, who has had significant issues with his left wrist, and minimal success with physiotherapy and other therapies. Doctors have not been able to adequately diagnose the issue, with speculation that it could be rheumatoid arthritis, ligament damage or fluid build up.
He has been using the Kovaria device as recommended, and it has definitely helped more than anything else to date. He feels that with regular use his wrist is continuing to improve. Time will tell whether it assists to return his wrist to full function without pain.

Thera wrap for wrist has been helpful, though it hasn't "cured" my carpal tunnel problem. The complete charger (charger plus cord) is appreciated.

I have to say all went well. The order arrived on time, I have used it for a couple of days, I am sure it will work.

Product seems to work fine - needs time really evaluate. Service was good - timely shipping and reasonable cost.

I received mine last week May 16, 2026. I charged it and have used it but the battery life is very short. I used it just now for like 15 minutes after fully charged and it already died. So I am questioning if I maybe got a fault unit.
Update: I was contacted by Kovaria and they got me to charge fully first (I charged overnight) and then begin to wear it. That fixed the problem!

Good product seems to be helping my hands

Honesty I was surprised with the result,I have cuppel tunel and was sceptical but truly amazed it has relieved my burning tinging numbing pain.
