Ma commande n'avait pas été livrée....Koss m'en a renvoyé une que j'ai bien reçue, pour le coup, je me suis trompé de dimension de poignet, donc j'ai fais une nouvelle commande ... :-)
J'attend que celle-ci arrive mais les pierres sont belles.

This order wss a gift for myself and a fruend. I had previously order us both a bracelet and decided we needed more than one to show off the real beauty of the beads.

Really pretty and well made stack of bracelets. The small was spot on for me and they fit perfectly on the wrist not hanging down so very wearable for every day. Quick delivery and value for money. Will also be looking for gifts for friends in the future.

I have always been wary of purchasing items from outside the UK - even if it is only Europe. However I took the risk and the experience has been worth it.
The bracelets are beautiful, arrived on time and were very securely packaged.
However the best thing was the continuous contact from the supplier to ensure everything was in order. In so many cases when ordering by mail order, you here nothing from the supplier. Which leaves the customer wondering if the order will arrive. With Koss Design this was not the case and I felt I was a valued customer. Well done and thank you.

I ordered a set of bracelets (yes, you may have to wait a little longer for them to arrive, but it's well worth the wait). One of the bracelets had a broken bead. I contacted Koss and sent photos; they were all so lovely and helpful. A new bracelet was in the mail straight away.
I would definitely recommend and will be buying again.
