just one thing the arrngment did not arrive with a message which i provided the whole point why i bought it was for to see who its from...

Grapevine made it so easy

I wanted to order a somewhat hard-to-find liqueur as a holiday gift to be sent to my sister and brother-in-law living in the UK. Grapevine, of course, stocked R. Jelinek's Amaro and made it oh-so-easy to order. My relatives received their gift in two days and were thrilled. As was I. The whole experience was so pleasant, I couldn't be happier!

Expired dates!

Received an order of items that were either date expired or almost expired! The supplier was also then unable to replace like for like. As a good will gesture and in recognition of the inconvenience caused I suggested they throw in a specific beverage but sadly was only offered a discount for it instead!

First time customer ordering whiskey…

First time customer ordering whiskey from UK to USA. Package arrived on time, as suggested. Cost, including suggested taxes & tariffs, were as suggested. .and office correspondence was timely. Bravo!
