Beautiful Custom Ring & Amazing Craftsmanship

The team was very good at making my custom engagement ring for my fiancé through every step of the process. You can clearly tell the craftsmanship and care that went into making it. They answered all of my questions and were very thorough in providing details, diagrams, and images to make sure the ring was exactly what I had wanted.

I would recommend them to anyone wanting a custom ring. My fiancé absolutely loved his ring, and the shine is amazing (sometimes so bright that the camera can’t even pick it up!)

Ordered my wife’s ring Aug 28th and…

Ordered my wife’s ring Aug 28th and still i have not received it !! Can’t believe this business is still screwing ppl over ,my update still reads after 14 days have not received shipment. I had to cancel wedding trip. Wedding plans & more

Service was good

Service was good, product not so much. It's a nice ring but not what was represented online. The dimond is a different shape and the band is even different.

Well made beautiful three stone ring

Purchased the three stone trilogy engagment ring emerald cut and it came in perfect! Nice packaging , sturdy band. Did not realize the basket was low so need to get a band to match now but looking to get it from Kosei! Customer service was ok. Not sure if it was ai or real.people so cant really comment on that. I did have questions that were answered and my ring was delivered in rhe time specified about 18 days. Would definitely buy more pieces from this company!
