KoruMar Hotel Arvostelua 

It was a great hotel. The staff was great and kind . The food was great. the view was wonderful. we had a great time. We also met Mr. Serkan who was a gentleman and I wish the best for him and the staff.

Equality and Diversity training needed!

The hotel was lovely and its facilities. The only thing was racial discriminatory treatment we experienced . You found at most bars if you weren’t white they served you last. We found this happened on many ocassions. We traveled with friends and they encountered the same treatment. Even people who arrived after you would be served before you. I specifically remember one bar man who goes by the name Mertmen (bold in the middle) of his head. I complained to the manager but he wasn’t helpful.

We all paid for our holidays and should be treated accordingly. No one is superior than anyone. Even if you are racist have some code of ethic and professionalism.

Staff need to be educated on Equality and Diversity. We are all people!

Very Nice hotel BUT the food is very very bad it is a expencive hotel so the food should be must better.

Been there near kusadasi and selcuk and the Hotel is fantastic and prestined. The swimming pool and entertainments are great. The hotel is very cleaned and spotless. The food is superb, fresh and great choice. Staff went above and beyond. There are so many of them to mention but the one that stuck in our mind is Yesim always working hard and she is very polite and caring. Sous chef Gohkan Gezez who is such a gentleman and kind and a good chef. He prepared a lamb dish for us. Mr Kushtarbek who is very fluent in English and a Gentleman too. Most importantly, are the cleaners and the lady who cleaned room 1149. They deserved a pay rise. They are thorough and work very hard. Credit to the management too.
Improvement, the pool table price could be cheaper but the gentleman who looks after it is so kind and polite. The spars price list were on the expensive side. Otherwise all good and would definitely visit again.

I'm a 36 year old man from Denmark and I've been to many hotels throughout Turkey in my life. Mostly 5 star hotels. There wasn't a single bad hotel, however, there never was a hotel as perfect as KoruMar De Luxe in Aydin, Kusadasi.

First of all, we were greeted with fresh and ice cold lemonade for all of us as soon as we arrived. This is a small thing but I didn't expect it and I was actually burning hot not being used to the Turkish climate. It was godsend.

Every single employee was sweet, smiling, caring and helpful whenever we needed it. The woman at the reception, Melis, helped us more than once be it to make a call or help us exchange currency. By the way, they exchanged it far cheaper than any exchange in town so we only used the hotel itself.

Our children had a wonderful time (didn't wanna go home after a week) at the mini club and we enjoyed the show every night thanks to Nurgül, Semiha, Ali and Metin. Thank you guys! I loved the archery activity every day at 12.

We had all inclusive so we used their restaurants every single day. The selection was huge and delicious. Everything from crab cakes to tortellini, from Turkish stew to Chinese style noodles and all kinds of meat, be it lamb, chicken, beef and seafood. All the workers kept asking if we would want more cola, wine or water and brought it if we so desired. I only remember a few names, but thank you Arda, Kemal, Firat, Ece, Berkay and everyone else I can't remember the names of.
I especially loved the gözleme house, so thank you Yeter, Cansu and Melisa for the wonderful food and service.

There was security personnel every day. They helped us find taxis, carry our luggage or simply chat with us while we waited or hung out downstairs around the lobby. Especially Taskin was so friendly and kind to us.

Sükrü helped around the swimming pools and just spread smiles and kindness. That's what we felt whenever we saw him. Thank you for being so kind.

Last but not least, the housekeepers were very good at their job. With two kids at 1 and 5, the room was often really messy and they took care of it and even asked if there was anything else we needed. I know this is their job, but trust me, not everyone does the job this way. Thank you Selma and Alina, I think her name was.

We will definitely come again and my wife and I are already planning out next years holidays to make sure we can fit a week of KoruMar into our calendars. Excuse my long review but this can't be appreciated with just a few words. I could keep on with all the amazing service we received but it would take a long time. We love KoruMar and it will be the only hotel we visit for as long as they keep up the amazing work they do.
