Es lo peor que puede existir son falsos y lo que hacen es robar al que pone la creencia en ellos no lo recomiendo y me encargaré de dañar la reputación por que lo quieren es cactar gente para robarlos

Ik heb mijn payout 10 dagen geleden aangevraagd en heb nog steeds niks te horen gekregen. Heb al meerdere emails gestuurd maar niemand reageert. Payout hoort binnen 3 werkdagen verwerkt te worden volgens Kortana zelf! Ik kan ook ineens niet meer inloggen op mijn dashboard. Dit is niet eerlijk want heb alle profit netjes volgens de regels gemaakt. Ik haal de 1 ster review pas weg als mijn payout is verwerkt, want het lijkt erop dat ik gescamd wordt!!…

I ignored all the negative comments about this Firm and went ahead to buy a 100k challenge. I traded for almost two month before I could make some profits, and then requested for a payout, only for them to refused to pay and then blocked my account without any explanations.
This is a very dodgy firm. They will look for every reason not to pay you.

Up to now Kortana has been good, happy to change my review but since the 21st haven't been able to locate esro capital on MT5, company is uncontactable, live chat and email both no response, this seems to be a common problem at the moment, prior to this have had success with pay outs as have people i know, currently would recommend people not enter challenges until contact from company has been established, at the moment they seem to have just ghosted

I've been trading with kortana since March, Since last week, The trades I took on my MT5 hasn't gotten updated on the dashboard. and Yesterday (23rd July 2024), I was auto logged out of my MT5, when i try to log in, It doesn't get logged in as if there is no server or something. Then When I try to look into my dashboard, the dashboard page's DNS couldn't be found. They have also removed the dashboard login URL from the button leading to the dashboard. So this concludes that dashboard being down isn't a mistake. Idk if they're doing a technical update or they've gone completely. I'm skeptical about their authenticity. One advice: Don't chase these new HFT propfirms or the new cool ones with discounts, stick to the OG propfirm FTMO

Ich wurde defintiv grundlos von Kortana gescammt.
Ich habe mir extra tagtäglich alle Regeln durchgelesen (Die die Firma wöchentlich aktualisiert OHNE ihre Klienten darüber aufzuklären)
Ich habe mich EXTRA nur von einem Gerät angemeldet um deren lächerliche doppelte IP Adresse, die sie gerne als Ausrede um nicht auszuzahlen, Problematik aus dem Weg zu gehen.
Payout angefragt- abgelehnt aufgrund von angeblichem Account Management, was nicht mal möglich ist, da ich jeden einzelnen Trade selber gesetzt habe und wie gesagt nur über mein Handy eingeloggt war.
Diese Firma ist der reinste Scam. Verschwendet euer Geld nicht. Sie zahlen eh nicht/nie aus.
Hätte auf all die anderen schlechten Bewertungen vertrauen sollen.
Auf meine Email, dass ich kein Account Management betrieben hab, kam nie eine Antwort- stattdessen sperrten sie mir den Zugang zum Dashboard komplett.
Seriosität sieht defintiv anders aus.

Segunda reseña negativa que les dejare, por las siguientes razones:
*No contestan en soporte, aunque haya tiempo de espera los lapsos de espera son superiores a 1 semana.
* Mi cuenta literalmente desapareció del MT5 y de la pagina web estando en beneficios.
*Me correspondía el siguiente pago y tampoco me dieron respuesta.

Honestamente piensan que este tipo de acciones les dejara en buen lugar, pero de esta forma solo dejan en evidencia su falta de seriedad y compromiso con el negocio, esto en cualquier parte del mundo es considerado una estafa y tienen que hacerse cargo de todas las malas gestiones que han tomado en contra de quienes pusimos nuestro tiempo y dinero en esta plataforma.

No recomiendo a nadie esta empresa, simplemente no cumplen ni respetan a los traders.

Everything was smooth until i requested a payout, but i didnt understood the rule of 33% correctly, they rejected my payout and i was ok with ot, rules are rules. But then suddenly i see that my account got breached, there was no trades, and breached by the amount i was requested for payout. I wrote them and explained, they said that my account will be restored, 2 weeks later kortana annonces that they stopped trading. They didnt even managed to restore my account in 2 weeks and then just closed.

ey TRADERS ¿¿ quieren saber QUÉ es QUIÉNES son y QUÉ se puede esperar de esta empresa KortanaFX ??... son unos BANDIDOS SINVERGÜENZAS... invertí en KortanaFX +- $500 usd para un challenge de $100k usd... lo pasé y recibí la cuenta fondeada apenas el 9-julio-2024... 3 o 4 días hábiles después los datos de la cuenta en el ÁREA del CLIENTE se congelaron y NO se actualizaron... NO opera su chat... envié un email... NO obtuve RESPUESTA... seguí operando, revisé opiniones de KORTANA en Trustpilot muchas negativas y recientes... les envié un email haciendo patente esto pero NO hubo RESPUESTA... al día de HOY ya NO tengo ACCESO a mi cuenta de FOREX... NO tengo ACCESO tampoco al ÁREA del cliente... ¡¡ se ESFUMARON !! estos desgraciados SON UNOS SINVERGÜENZAS... bajo su riesgo están ustedes avisados... se robaron MI DINERO, pero NO me ROBARÁN el tiempo ni mis neuronas... que se vayan al diablo... con todo respeto al diablo...

Una schifezza totale. Non pagano mai anche se ti attieni alle loro regole, il sistema è bloccato da giorni, scrivi decine di mail e nessuno risponde. Fate perdere tempo e soldi. FATE SCHIFO!

Been over 3 weeks since payout submitted and have still not heard back from them. Not responding to any contact attempt or emails. After reading through some reviews it seems like others are experiencing same issues. They are just cold ignoring everyone and keeping the money, no doubt they have pulled some sort of exit scam.

I should start charging this stupid company for every person who writes to my FB Messenger looking for answers. For example: Did Kortana pay you your withdrawal? / Do you know what happened to their trading platform? Did they cancel your account?
I will answer everyone here... No, they don't pay... I don't know about them and their tricks with their platforms... they will cancel your account and give you a different excuse every time. I tell you... the penultimate time they canceled it for multiple IPs and I bought another one from them again and used a VPS to operate with only one IP and guess what... they canceled it because my IP (PRIVATE) was shared by multiple accounts. Deberia empezar a cobrarle a esta empreza fatula por cada persona que me escribe a mi FB Messenger buscando respuestas. Por ejemplo: Kortana te Pago tu retiro? / Sabes que paso con su plataforma de trading? Te cancelaron la cuenta?
Les contestare a todos aqui... No, no pagan... tampoco se de ellos y sus trucos con sus plataformas... te cancelaran la cuenta y te daran una escusa diferente cada vez. Les cuento... la penuntima vez me la cancelaron por multiples IP y les volvi a comprar otra y use un VPS para operar con solo un IP y adivinen... me la cancelaron porque mi IP (PRIVADO) lo compartian multiples cuentas. Espero haberles contestado todas sus dudas y preguntas a TODOS, que tengan buenas noches.

Solicité la semana pasada mi retiro habiéndome cerciorado de cumplir con todas sus reglas, pero adivinen qué? Exacto ni me pagan, ni me devuelven mi cuenta. En el dashboard no aparecen todos mis profits y además les escribo por correo y el chat con el supuesto BOT pero no obtengo respuesta alguna. APAREZAN SEÑORES DE KORTANA NO SEAN TAN ESTAFADORES. No perdamos más nuestro tiempo y dinero en esta porquería de empresa

This prop firm - scam. They didn't pay, allegedly because of the IP. Funny

Pésima experiencia. No tienen soporte de ningún tipo, usan un bot como soporte en su página y por correo nunca hay respuesta. Migran sin aviso previo y posterior a ello, dejan de funcionar con el broker que indican. Lamentablemente se invierte mucho en este tipo de empresas y resulta que no hay responsables realmente.
