It is not just that the products are lovely but my experience of customer service was exemplary ! My first delivery went missing due to the delivery company so not the fault of Korres ! I emailed got a swift response and a replacement was dispatched and received within 48 hours . The products are lovely and the bonus gift was also great. The shower body wash in a 1000ml size provides additional value

I’m shocked at their customer service it took me months to have them respond and promise to refund me. It cost me 25$ to return the package and they never refunded me. I opened a claim on Paypal and then they finally answered. They made me drop the claim on PayPal telling me “we can only refund you when you do that”. After I did, and promising a refund for months. They ended up telling me they won’t refund me. NEVER AGAIN. Scammers

Malgré de multiples demandes bien que j'ai commandé sur Korres.fr, Korres ne respecte pas les obligations légales et n'envoie pas de factures, ni aucune facture disponible sur le site internet. On m'envoie juste une copie écran d'un logiciel de commande.
L'eau de toilette ne tient pas dans le temps. Je ne recommande pas du tout ce vendeur.

Would not buy directly from Korres again! Emails go unanswered, no contact number and shipping takes way longer than stated on the website, Korres states standard delivery 2-3 days, in my experience it is 2-3 WEEKS! 5 Star products and 1 Star Customer Care. Sadly this seems to be a common theme from their other reviews. Go elsewhere!

My wife has been a long-time user of the company's products and is consistently satisfied with the quality. In our latest order, the wrong dye was mistakenly sent. However, the company responded to my notice instantly and sent the correct dye in no time at all. This quick and decisive action to correct the error demonstrates a high level of customer commitment. We remain very satisfied with this company!

Je n’ai que des compliments à faire sur leurs produits et leurs services.
Je n’ai connaissance d’aucun problème cutané, d’autant plus que leurs parfums sont intenses. D’ailleurs je salue leur travail olfactif, ils proposent des odeurs singulières, riches et uniques.

Mon seul bémol c’est qu’ils ne sont visiblement pas assez engagés dans la protection de l’environnement, la diminution des produits plastiques, polluants environnementaux, microparticules, produits chimiques, produits recyclés… je crois qu’on attend un peu de ça chez eux.

I have used Korres for years and love their products, but my recent experience was very disappointing. I returned sun creams in March and despite contacting them multiple times, I never received help or a refund. Sadly, I will not buying from them directly again.

Les meilleurs colorations cheveux à mon sens. Korres pratique des promotions régulières dont les prix sont attractifs. Je les utilise depuis de nombreuses années et j'en suis très satisfaite. Sur le site la livraison est gratuite pour un achat de 50e.

Have been using korres for years with no issues. Had to return 3 sun creams at the beginning of March as they would have expired before my holiday early June.
After checking my Royal Mail delivery tracking, the package seamed to be held at requested of the company pending delivery.
I have contacted Korres via my account online 4 times for their help with no response at all .
This is very frustrating and disappointing, they obviously have no intention of resolving this issue with me or refunding my money.
I would not recommend buying from them directly use another company if you choose.
I will not be buying from them again and it’s a shame as their products are very good

I love Korres, and I'm happy their products are available in the US now. I placed an order in 2024 that I am pleased with. I think it's funny that people can't wait three weeks—the way it used to be before Amazon ruined it for every small company. My order took 2 weeks and I was totally fine with that.

I waiting for 3 weeks to get my package, it was missing one reward item in my package, email to the company then they replied to me is out of stock, NO SOLUTION provided. Asked for exchanging for other items that is in stock in order to complete the order, the company told me to spend again in order to get my missing item. It is unbelievable. My order was placed on 11/27/24, I am still not able to receive my complete order on 1/8/24. This company is not care about their customer. Pleaser consider before you placed the order from Korres.com

Ordered an item 11/23, didn’t receive it until 12/14 and it was missing two items. They charged me for the missing items and have not replied to 3 emails asking for at first a status and finally to be refunded for the missing items. If you peruse their instagram comments it appears this has been a rampant problem. This didn’t used to be a scam company but something happened.

It took them two weeks to ship a package and then the package was missing an item. No communication about the missing item even after I messaged them about it. They never refunded the amount for the missing product either. Reading their social media, numerous other people have the same issue.

I simply adore Korres products. Shame they do not have any direct shops or resellers in the UK. I always buy lots of product when i go to Greece and that is also an excuse to visit a country I love.

In my opinion the Greek Yogurt moisturising cream is the best!
