The product was ordered from the US to be delivered to the UK. Shipping by boat was estimated at 14-25 days. I never received a shipping update, they use Shop and no details were provided to Shop. After 35 days the product still has not arrived. Customer support is completely unresponsive, no reply after a week of waiting. Will need to seek a refund through the credit card.
I also have been trying to contact them to find the progress of my order. It has been a month since I placed the order and there is no response. When I was ordering they were very responsive but now- crickets! No product and no one responding. Will contact my financial institution to get my money back

Bought this as a birthday gift for my brother. He called me saying it's way more challenging than it looks and he's hooked! He specifically mentioned how cool the "light show" synced with the music was. Great gift idea!
