Ho acquistato nel mese di agosto 2025 una koolux bk6s da 48 v e 15 amp. La koolux scrive che l'autonomia della batteria con una singola carica è di 60/80 km invece non fa più di 36 km con una singola carica a velocità 1 e in pianura. Pessimo acquisto

Ordered Koolux X9 Pro, €1200, payment taken but no response to emails. Refund obtained through chargeback procedure.

I ordered a bike and got a mail that said I would receive a tracking number soon which I am yet to get. Package was supposed to arrive yesterday, but is nowhere to be found. Cant get in contract with costumer service, not even for one question, or even to cancel my order. Wouldn’t recommend.

Das Bike sieht soweit gut aus, aber warum Fährt es so schnell an sehr gefährlich woran liegt das kann man was einstellen würde mich über eine Antwort freuen danke

Dopo aver pagato 931,00 euro per una bici elettrica Koolux (acquistata su Aliexpress in tre rate di cui la prima pagata subito), la bicicletta risulterebbe partita l'8 agosto dalla Polonia ma ad oggi non si sa dove sia finito il pacco. Stamattina scrivo al venditore che mi dice di aver sollecitato il corriere, allora chiamo il corriere UPS per avere notizie sulla consegna e mi dicono che non è mai partito nulla. La bicicletta doveva essere consegnata oggi tra le 10:30 e le 14:30. Diffidate da acquisti con questo venditore che su Aliexpress si fa chiamare "Good E-bike EU Store". Pessima esperienza!

After paying €931.00 for a Koolux e-bike (purchased on Aliexpress in three installments, the first of which was paid immediately), the bike was supposedly shipped from Poland on August 8th, but to date, no one knows where the package ended up. This morning, I emailed the seller, who told me they had contacted the courier. I then called UPS to check on the delivery, and they told me nothing ever left. The bike was supposed to be delivered today between 10:30 AM and 2:30 PM. Be wary of purchasing from this seller, who calls himself "Good E-bike EU Store" on Aliexpress. Terrible experience!

Mooie en kwalitatief goede fiets.
Uitleg aan huis. Niet gekocht bij bol.com maar rechtstreeks in mijdrecht. Zeer behulpzaam en dankbare ondernemer. Aanrader.

Nur 3 Sterne weil der E-Roller keine 22kmh fährt

While the bike is excellent, you will be extremely disappointed should you need anything from customer services, even if it is a simple question.
I've tried to get in touch twice via the website and didn't get as much as an acknowledgement message.
I've contacted Hitway rather than Koolux as they don't reply (and are the same company) and Hitway replied saying they don't know anything about the koolux bikes.
I wish I knew this before choosing Koolux. Luckily, the bike is good and fit for purpose (so far) but this lack of response (I wanted to get an extra charger, spare battery, etc) is really putting a sour spin on things.

Leider kann ich diese Fahrräder nicht empfehlen.
Nach einem Defekt am Controller bk29 ist es nicht möglich ersatz zu bestellen.
Begründung: wenden Sie sich am Ihren Verkäufer
Dieser ist in einem anderen eu Land.
Es wäre so als ob ich ein Auto kaufen würde und es nur bei diesem Händler reparieren lassen kann.
Service sieht anders aus.

Zusammenbau sehr umfangreich,
wenn technisch ordentlich erfolgen soll, Drehmomentschlüssel erforderlich.
Lichtanlage funktioniert nur hinten, Schalter laut Bedienungsanleitung nicht auffindbar.
Bremsanlage entgegen der Vorschriften falsch installiert, re. Bremshebel auf Vorderrad und umgekehrt.
Mehrmaliges Anschreiben des Kunden-Supports während der offiziellen Öffnungszeiten ohne Rückmeldung.
