Kool Cakes Arvostelua

Kool cakes are very customer focussed.

The most amazing and delicious cream cake just what we wanted for our daughter's first birthday. many thanks and highly recommended.

Cake was excellent but they forgot to supply the candles that I ordered and paid for. Unfortunately I discovered when I tried to surprise the birthday girl.

As usual, excellent cake and service.
Thank you

My daughter birthday cake was excellent I will be back again was so please with the cake thank you

Consistent and great quality and taste. Have been ordering only from here since 6 years. Accurate serving!!

Cake was fine, ordering process was straightforward. Not sure what the £1.50 admin charge is for.

Parking tricky near the North Harrow branch.

Great taste and the sponge is just the right softnest

Good and ease website to use, friendly staff and most importantly lovely cake

The cream is perfect in sweetness some cakes I’ve had from other places really are too sweet this was just perfect. Staff where kind and the order looked amazing and a decent price

Apart from website not working properly very good service. Very tasty and well decorated cake

Bought a large fresh cream & fruit cake for birthday surprise.
As always it was a Beautiful & delicous cake that can’t fail to please everyone.

I ordered birthday cake for my son’s 2nd birthday ..Amazing job ! The cake looked better than I could imagine ! Very tasty and fresh ! guests loved it ! so did I and most importantly my son !

I have ordered over 30 cakes from Kool cakes in Kingsbury! And they have never dissapointed!
Keep up the amazing cakes!

I’ve been using Kool Cakes Bakery for nearly 14 years now and I’ve never had a bad experience. Their fresh cream cakes are the best I’ve ever had. However, the cake I ordered this weekend for a little girls birthday did not meet my expectations. The toppings were wrong. The message was in icing even though I had requested jam. The sponge was dry and everyone was rather disappointed including the birthday girl. Hence I was compelled to give this rather harsh review. Sorry Kool cakes but you really need to sort your cakes out or you will start losing valuable loyal customers.

The cake was of poor quality and tasteless. Very few fruits.
I used to order from a different bakery for the last 12 years. On this occasion I changed bakery and all my guests commented that the cakes we had on previous birthdays were better.
