I ordered 2 pairs of Komodo trousers (different styles) via Ivalo.com platform. Was expecting news regarding the shipment but heard nothing from Komodo the brand until 3 weeks later when I was informed that the other pair had been sold out. After this another 10 days went by with no news regarding the other pair. At this point (having exchanged several messages with Ivalo.com) I got fed up and wanted to cancel my order altogether. A few days later it turned out this was no longer possible as the package had shipped already. For some reason Komodo just hadn't notified Ivalo.com nor me although they should have. 40 days after placing my order I finally received this pair of trousers I didn't want any longer. It doesn't fit me either. Now I plan to return it and pay for it.
I am very disappointed with the poor communication and unreasonably long wait. Many styles of Komodo clothes look nice to me and I appreciate their ethical principles. But so many things went wrong with my order and communication that I pretty sure this was the last time I buy from Komodo.

There was a bit of a hiccup at the start as I did have the wrong item sent to me initially, but a quick email to Komodo put that right immediately. The person who answered was extremely apologetic and polite and the correct item arrived the next day.
I think knowing that you are being dealt with personally makes all the difference when ordering online. Oh, and the trousers are fab!!

I bought two items in store. Then waited two weeks without any notice for shipment. After two mails sent, I received the answer that one item was no longer in store. Then, I had to wait ten more days for the other item to arrive. I love the clothes of Komodo, because of the fitting and the fabric. But I'm not sure if I will order again because of the trouble with shipment.

Great jumper, although a bit expensive. Delivery was a bit slow.

I have been a customer of Komodo for over 6 years. Love the quality of their clothes - the fabric, colours and design. I’ve always had a positive experience so I feel confident shopping with Komodo. Delivery is always good, any return has been processed in good time and I have lots of their clothes in my wardrobe now! Highly recommend.

Ordered the gorgeous Anya jumper in Ultra Violet - looks so weird and boxy off, but looks fabulous on! Drapes beautifully, the wool is so ridiculously soft and the colour fabulous. Originally the lighter lilac came in error, which was also gorgeous, but I wanted the ultra violet. Customer service was SUPERB and it was all resolved without any cost to me, swiftly and without question. I've bought socks previously and they were also top quality and still wearing well after several years. Highly recommended.

I absolutely love my Komodo purchases - gorgeous quality, completely my style and I love their eco credentials. I try to only buy second hand so buying from Komodo is a real treat - and it certainly feels like it. Also, I've had to exchange an item recently and the customer service has been fantastic! I have received the worst customer service, they have only replied to me once in like 9 months, I never received my package they apologized and I never received a refund for my money.
