Beware! Koi Yoga has no cooling off period on purchases :/
I’m a 54 year old woman who is rehabilitating from a traumatic brain injury and I was hoping this exercise program might be suitable for me to build strength and balance again. Unfortunately on only day two I realised it wasn’t suitable. As there was no access to the platform’s exercises prior to purchase I contacted Koi Yoga immediately assuming there would be a “cooling off period” after purchase as per Australian consumer law so I could obtain a refund…. Koi Yoga said all purchases are FINAL and refunds are not given unless based on “a faulty product or there was an issue with delivery”. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS EXERCISE APP :(
