I started working with Jayo in January and in 8 months I'm a completely different man - I've dropped over 15kg, dropped over 10% body fat, my mindset is stronger than ever and I've learnt things about myself that have changed my life. I'm more confident, I'm fitter, I'm stronger, I've got a better relationship with my friends, my family, my kids, and a much better relationship with food (I was a secret binge eater).
