Knot & Grain Arvostelua

Beautiful quality products and a great service from David & the whole team at Knot & Grain, even down to recommending an absolutely brilliant Fitter. We are delighted with our finished Floors.

Friendly, polite, professional and good listeners.

Excellent products and examples for customers choosing oak flooring. The advice received helped resolve a problem caused by a third party. My new floor is much better than I had originally planned. Don't go to the big building wholesalers. Knot & Grain are miles better. After sales service for cleaning and treating the floor easy to do. First class.

I was very impressed from the outset with Knot & Grain. I bought the classic herringbone flooring having compared it to similar options to find it was very high quality.

The customer services experience with Sam was excellent - informative and not pushy at all.

I will say if you’ve never laid glue down herringbone before, be very careful with the initial setting out (or get a pro to do it!). I’d laid quite a lot of click herringbone flooring but wasn’t prepared for how easy it is to nudge the floor out of line before the glue sets on this version. Thankfully it all worked out and the flooring looks excellent.

After a builder made a complete mess of a large new downstairs floor, Sam at Knot & Grain came to the rescue. And being fair the builder found them.

Lots of positive comments on the oak floor. It's transformed the large kitchen/dining/living room space.

Sam listened to the problems, recommended the right colouring of the oak, and stressed the importance of it being fitted by someone skilled.

Thank you!

Fantastic communication . Delay receiving my samples , but was kept updated.
High quality Samples arrived yesterday.

Great service and samples are looks great.

Beautiful flooring. Choosing what we wanted was easy and straight forward. I was able to take home samples to try in the room and lots of advice and help was offered to help us choose. The fitter George did a fantastic job. Really pleased with every aspect.

I would recommend Knot and Grain to anyone looking for a beautiful bespoke wooden flooring. It is the first thing people notice when they walk into our house, we get so many compliments!!! We chose the heavily brushed heritage herringbone, and love how individual each plank is with the knots it’s like a piece of art!! Sam and the team made the whole design process easy and also did a fast turn around for us so we could get the floor down before Christmas. We will 100% be using again on future projects.

Great product, fantastic service. Cannot recommend too highly!

The Knot & Grain team were fantastic. Talk us through each step explaining the process and then delivered exactly what had been talked about. Our wooden floor is a beautiful thing and will continue to age and get better. Would highly recommend them for your flooring solutions.

Great product and great service.
Over the moon with the Finnish.
Thanks to Sam and fitter George.

A lovely little independent company
Amazing customer service in store - all staff very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of their time to talk through the choices available, and explain the production process. There are so many different variations of their bespoke wooden flooring that are made to order according to your requirements/taste. They were very patient with us as we had many questions. The floor fitter used by them was great and worked very hard to get the floor down, and although he was more expensive than others, he did a fabulous job and we are very pleased with the end result.

The wooden floor is absolutely beautiful and we have received many lovely compliments about it from visitors.

Truly incredible experience with the Knot and Grain team! Personable approach to the job with precision and skill not to mention the wood itself - truly beautiful. We won't go elsewhere for our next project!
