Unusual vegetables, good quality. Perfect for the adventurous cook. Customer services very helpful. Not only helped me identify one vegetable that was not on the list but also sent guidanc eon how to prepare it.

Knock Knock still struggles with logistics. I’d ordered two boxes last week, one for my son. His box was delivered at an entirely different time to the one chosen and I was left with the wrong box which was then swapped over several hours later. It’s a pity this side of things is not better

Fresh produce, great service and the best bread and butter!

Knock Knock deliveries have been one of the highlights of lockdown. The produce is always beautiful, fresh and tasty and the delivery drivers are friendly. I like that lots of the produce is grown or made locally - like the ingenious salad leaves grown underground in Clapham! The new Mini Essentials Box is the perfect size for me and such good value.

On the rare occasion that there has been an issue with my delivery, the customer service team has been friendly and responsive. I have recommended Knock Knock to so many people and they all love it too. Thank you!

Not bad...very bad!
My experience with Knock Knock by Smith & Brock couldn't be worse. I live in Central London. I ordered a seafood box. The box was scheduled to be delivered on a Friday in the morning from 8am. At 1pm still no box and no information whatsoever about the box or everything else. I called to find out what was going on and was told that there was a delay because of the traffic ... although lockdown London doesn't have traffic. Curiously, one of my friends that have also ordered a seafood Box to be delivered on the same Friday morning from 8am and lives around the corner of my apartment (same SE1 postcode) received her box at 9.30am... No traffic for my friend, only for me. Anyway, I was informed then that the box would be delivered no later than 2.30pm. But at 2.30pm again no box... Another call and the delivery time was changed to 3.15pm. Another call at 3.15pm...and another new delivery time: this time to 4.15/4.30pm. This last info led me to cancel the box that was supposed to be our lunch. Over the course of these hours, no one called, no one sent a message, not even a simple apology: strictly nothing. If it weren't for me to call and then cancel, I could waited indefinitely and probably would have received the box in the evening or on the following day...or never... Following my calls I received a nice explanatory call and a Knock Knock by Smith & Brock's official offered a voucher to compensate the troubles, which I declined. The damage was already done...

Your boxes of fruit and veg (and eggs, milk and bread) are a delight. So pleased to discover you.

Ordered the brunch box as a birthday suprise for my fiance. All the ingredients were delicious and high quality. It was really interesting to try the smaller producers and different ingredients we couldnt have found at the shops. As there was only two of us the box lasted us for 3 breakfasts.

We have been buying knock knock essentials boxes and roast dinner boxes since the first lockdown and they have been a lifesaver. Fresh, delicious, seasonal veg along with quality meats and all the essentials (a god-send when eggs were scarce in the shops). Never going back to supermarket veg! The service is also impeccable, always prompt and friendly delivery. I love that the box comes with a printout telling you what everything is and where it is from.
