The personal touch of a handwritten note when the bag showed up was the best I’ve seen in a long time. I must say after a 12hr shift, I hit the gym right after work and this bag holds everything I need to change into. Workout clothes, wrist straps, gloves, weight belt, shoes, toiletries, drinks etc! It holds its shape very well and everyone wants to know where I got it and how to get one!!
The quality of the material, zippers, and design of the compartments is by far superior to anything out on the market.

KNKG Website was easy to navigate and easily found what I was looking for. No issues when purchasing my Backpack, arrived as described in great condition.

The brand gave a lot of great details on the product and aided me in my research. They gave a decent discount when I was ready to buy. They have also been keeping in touch and giving info on the latest releases. Lastly, the product itself is unlike any other bag I've ever had. I love it.

This bag will be the last bag you will buy. Good luck trying to wear it out. Not only does it hold everything you need but the buttons, zippers, and material are built to last. And if for whatever reason there is an issue their customer service is 2nd to none. I had a button that was a little off. I waited to contact customer service (life) but when I did the issue was resolved quickly with no issues.

I got the the core duffle mini 15l and it’s the perfect size for me. I get everything I need in there for a workout session. The size is perfect. I hate carrying around a big ole bag to the gym.

I have the KNKG small plus duffel bag. This is an excellent bag and the perfect size to fit into a Gym locker . It can fit my size 12 shoes and everything else I generally use like stretch bands etc. The optional dividers come in handy to separate various things. I highly recommend this bag.

The bag isn't terrible, but I had a bag half this price that was better quality. The strap broke after a little more than 1 month of service. Time will tell how the rest of the bag holds up. We will see. My half price bag lasted 2 years and at this rate this one will not last that long.

Customer service cannot answer the simplest questions about bag measurements. It's clear their support is off-shore workforce with no access to the physical product, and only answering people's questions based on the information found on their own website. Which is pretty useless, obviously.

Worst shipping I have ever experienced. Product is good, but still haven’t received the bag, 22 days later. Will not be purchasing again. For context I have received packages in the middle of the ocean faster.

I ordered my bag on 11/23/2024 and still have not received the item. I have emailed twice and have not gotten any feed back. Very disappointed.

USPS hasn't provided a shipping update in 12+ days and King Kong hasn't said anything either after my inquiries. I'm hoping I'm financially compensated for waiting 3 weeks for an item to be delivered. They should consider changing vendors instead of saving money with USPS.
