Excellent quality knives and sharp as a razor!

Wow! I bought the 6 piece Damascus Steak Knife set and couldn’t be more pleased. These knives are SHARP, visually stunning, and very well made! Great customer service, too. When I made the purchase, I selected the wrong shipping type and I really needed expedited shipping. I contacted their CS team via email to see if it was possible to change my shipping method, and they replied within a few hours letting me know that my shipment was being upgraded free of charge. Will definitely be purchasing more of these knives for both myself and as gifts.

Absolutely amazing company! The knives are just awesome and exactly what they said they would be. I have bought several and had an issue with two of my discount cards. For some reason, the website would not take them. I emailed the company, on Christmas Eve no less, they answered immediately and resolved the situation quickly. I cannot say more wonderful things about the company’s quality and their Customer Service! Truly amazing! And of course the superb quality of their knives. It is so refreshing in this day and age to have Customer Service that is so attentive and gets back with you so quickly and resolves the issue, no questions asked!

I purchase these knives as gifts for our son's birthday. He loves them! Each year I get him a different one. He loves to cook and a great knife is a must.

Received my order in a few days. The knife and whetstone were very carefully wrapped and packaged. the only issue I have is that they did not provide any instructions for the use of the whetstone in the box, nor a thank you for your purchase like so many retailers include. I had to go to the website and copy the whetstone instructions to save. Inconvenience.

I purchased the complete set of these knives about a year ago.
Wife and I both love them I had an incident with the cleaver well using it a large chip came out of the edge of while using it I took photo of it and sent it in an email to customer service and within a week I had a new cleaver . This is by far the best customer service I have ever experienced no questions asked they just replaced the cleaver. Great company to do Business with.

The left corner of the stand is rough and appreas chipped.

Superb knives, price on the high side but so are my work tools which I use every day. Why should knifes be any different. Quality is much better than the dalstrong knives I have.
