McIntosh Arvostelua

Always helpful, speedy delivery.
Thanks again 😀

I don’t normally write reviews but the customer experience and service given by James is absolutely first class. I will not buy crochet hooks for my wife from anywhere else. Hopefully, this company will continue to flourish!

My whole experience has been positive. The service was very prompt and order dispatched quickly. I use the Royal Mail tracked as have bad experiences with Evri in the past.
The seeknit Dpn’s are amazing and have lived up to expectations.

Just love the fact that all deliveries are not in plastic
The cube needles are exciting to knit with so comfortable in your hands
The row counter is very good quality with crisp number changes

Very quick ship, lovely yarn!

What great service & lovely items from James! Always happy to help & usually has a discount code to use too. Rapid dispatch with Royal Mail which is great. Highly recommended. Five stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Excellent service from James. One of the items I ordered was unfortunately out of stock with his supplier, so he phoned me (I think it was either the same day I ordered) to ask if I wanted an alternative or a refund. My parcel of lovely items arrived well-wrapped a few days later.

Arrived in good time, lovely yarn and beautifully packaged with a McIntosh project bag thrown in! Thank you.

Great personal service! Items received very quickly. A lovely local small business with a beautiful range of yarn. Great to see British wool! Highly recommended . Thanks.

Once again James delivers exceptional products and gives such lovely personal service.
His hand dyed Blue face Leicester 4 ply wool is simply stunning quality and such vibrant colours. I will be back for more to add to my collection!

Love the yarn that comes in a handy tote bag. Loved the ease of ordering and the speed of delivery. All round excellent service and products. Will likely order again in the future.

Beautiful product, delivered in protective packaging. Courteous personal service and I am a very happy customer.

Fabulous - what a find! My purchase was a kit and the yarn far exceeded my expectations- the colours are stunning! I cannot wait to start this project - it has renewed my passion for knitting!

Very happy with my order thank you going to enjoy knitting with the wool very fast delivery.

I needed supplies quickly and was super pleased with the speed of delivery and the progress updates. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful website and service. Placed my order in the evening and James sent a message to say it was all packed ready to go about 10 minutes later. I wasn’t expecting that but that was amazing. My parcel arrived two days later, with not a bit of plastic in sight. Brilliant that James is considering the environment too. Great products on the website too, with lots of choice. Many thanks, James.
