I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company and would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering.

After placing my order, I waited over 6+ weeks with no delivery, no tracking number, and no meaningful updates. When I reached out, I was initially told the package had been “rejected by customs,” only to later be told it was “still in transit”—yet they were still unable to provide a tracking number.

At no point was I given verifiable proof that the item was actually shipped.

Customer service responses were vague, inconsistent, and delayed. I was repeatedly asked to “be patient” without any concrete information, timeline, or accountability. It has now been over two additional weeks since their last reply, and I have received absolutely no follow-up.

A legitimate business should be able to provide:
- A tracking number
- A confirmed shipping date
- A realistic delivery timeline

This company provided none of the above.

At this point, I am forced to pursue a dispute through my payment provider due to non-delivery.

If you value transparency, reliability, and basic customer service, I recommend avoiding this company.

Ordered a gift. It showed shipped from Spain, stopped in PA and got lost. They said they were sending a replacement but never did and never responded after that.

Ordered a Valentine's gift mid January.
We are now beginning of March, and since the 11th of February it would be in transit in the country of Belgium (the destination) ... no further update since.

I found similar experiences here, which I should've checked before purchasing.
I've just sent an e-mail requesting for information, awaiting their answer, before resorting to using the "purchase protection" process of Paypal.

I was scammed too, same thing as the others
I sent them money and they gave a tracking # that i followed until it came to my city... apparently lost... they keep autoreplying to my emails that they are resending but nothing, I wish Facebook could try amd block these scams

Ordered item for a Valentine’s Day gift a month in advance. Come Valentine’s Day it still had not arrived. Tracking said it was in the UK waiting to be dispatched. I emailed support and got a short, unhelpful reply saying the office was closed for a holiday and there would be a response within 5 days. When I do get a response it was that the delivery was lost and they would expedite a new item and to wait 5 days. When this didn’t arrive, (nearly 7 weeks on), I requested a refund. This has not been actioned so I have raised a dispute with my bank and am awaiting a refund.
Absolute scammers - avoid at all costs.

Same as the above review, purchased it earlier this year, but never arrived.

Purchased via Instagram too, so do take note. This is super disappointing so please be aware not to buy anything from them on any platform.

SCAM
Ordered on 2nd of February, still not arrived. Tracking shows it's on Edinburgh but the postcode shows a residental address. Asked for refund and they said they can't refund until it arrives. It will never arrive. The payment was made to an account with randon letters and numbers + Hong Kong for a USA based company. Be careful! There are many companies like this with different names selling the same items.

Item which was purchased via instagram link never arrived, Tracking number provided maintains item originated in Portland USA, but ended up in Letterkenny IE to be sorted. LEtterkenny is not a sorting hub for anything in Ireland, it's very remote.

Have been scammed and I can't access them on contact us ,money has been withdrawn but it keeps asking me to check out,message of 6 digit code to my message inbox was never sent and you can't go further without putting the code

That's with continuous use! There's nothing pressing into my skin or causing discomfort. The Portable Hanging Neck Fan is such a fantastic purchase. It lasts all day on a single charge. The audio quality is better than expected for such an affordable item. The price? Exceptional! Battery life is a big plus.
