urgent prescription for my wife who is terminally ill , received a phone call from local branch in Fawdon saying that the whole script was unavailable , till monday as the shop is closed sat and sun . tried to advise the male caller that was no good as medication was needed for nurses coming it at the weekend , he constantly talked over me would not listen to me to the point that i started to get upset , then my niece took over the conversation and he was the same with her , rude , unhelpful,and not listening but talking over , he eventually he saw my nieces point and advised us to go elsewhere , and that he had passed the prescription to our local boots BUT when the nurses arrived there were items missing because he had only passed over half of the required items . ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL SERVICE WHEN ITS OBVIOUS THEY ARE ESSENTIAL ITEMS .THIS PHARMACY AND ITS STAFF ARE SADLY LACKING

I went in for a walk in prescription, just prescribed to me by my optician, at the Windsor Road, Penarth, Vale of Glamorgan branch. They did not have any in stock and neither did the other pharmacy on the same road. Therefore not a very common medicine.
The chemist telephoned my optician (without any prompting from me) and was able to give me an alternative. This saved me a journey to Victoria Park and back.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
I would definitely go back there again

My wife and I have just been to the pharmacy in Bedale to get our flu injections. We had a small problem but this was overcome by the pharmacist, who was brilliant. She went the extra mile to help us out. Many thanks 💖

I have within the last 2 yrs ((since my move nearly 2yrs ago) have had cause to use/rely on Knights Pharmacy, Hawarden a lot, more so within last Yr since my Time in Hospital.
I am on MORE medication & get it & other essential items via their Delivery guys who always Polite & Cheerful.
I have spoken to 1 or 2 Pharmacists within Helpful & Polite, tho took little while to get settled.
I get my BIG Stock of medicines about Once a Month!
It is Delivered for which I’m v.grateful.

I use Knights Pharmacy Solihull every week to collect a weekly prescription and the service I receive is always fast and reliable. Would highly recommend!

Staff are abhorrent and abusive, stay away from this place if you have any sanity. The reason for the staff believing they can treat customers however they choose is because they are not registered with the CQC, but never fear, you can always complain to the General Pharmaceutical Council as I have. Maybe once members of staff lose thier license they will learn that the every customer deserves respect, manners and the same treatment regardless of age, race or gender.

AVOID this company. They refuse to take scottish £20 notes! They are happy to have signs in store saying we do not take £50.00 notes. In this day and age that's disgusting! From now on I will be collecting my prescriptions from Boots!
