Knightsbridge offers a very good exchange rate even for smaller sums, and the experience is very smooth using the same accounts I have used previously. It does take five days to exchange USD for CAD, though.

Compared to my bank's charge for the same amount, I saved well over $200. I noticed that I gave them the wrong bank info so I went to their Chat and they relayed the proper info to their accounting staff and I still got the exchanged funds the next day. Very pleased. Have been using them for years.

I love the chat option for buying USD! I've been a client for perhaps 15 years. While the telephone got the job done, the chat option speeds up the transaction process to maybe 2 minutes. I usually receive the USD payment in 2 days. Fast, convenient and at less cost than using my bank's exchange facility.

I converted US dollars to Canadian dollars for deposit in my Newfoundland checking account. The rate of exchange was good. I received the necessary paperwork shortly after authorizing the exchange. I went to my local bank to complete the transfer of the US dollars to Knightsbridge Exchange. I had a problem with my printer scanner. So, I took a picture of the completed transfer document, which I sent to Knightsbridge. They accepted the photo and made the transfer. The process went smoothly and was completed efficiently

I've dealt with Knightsbridge for 10 years and have absolutely nothing bad to say. I've saved thousands of dollars purchasing USD for travel to the US for at least 3 % less than any bank.

Rates are better than banks but difficult to transact, unlike other platforms. One cannot sign into your account and if you are not active, you will have to reapply. Too much work
