Clarification on Kliqa Withdrawal Process and Holding Periods

Good morning customer service
I started kliqa June, I've been participating in surveys and every other ways we can earn from it.
But I still don't know how the withdrawal works, I contacted the customer service through WhatsApp but he couldn't explain what this withdrawal threshold means, what those the 14 days hold and 30 days hold means
Why can't all my earnings go straight to withdrawal, how then will I be able to withdraw if it's continues like this

Kliqa is a fake platform platform. Avoid them!

I am warning everyone right now, Kliqa is full of scams. I suffered for several days doing tasks so I could reach the minimum withdrawal. I also finished all my KYC verifications. But when it was time to collect the $5 minimum withdrawal, they blocked me. They started giving fake excuses about checking my records. They do not want to pay anybody. Do not waste your data and time here.

When accounts attempt to farm earnings using artificial activity, bot behavior, or multiple policy violations, our automated anti-fraud and compliance systems flag them during the withdrawal review process.

​Accounts that violate our terms of service and engage in fraudulent activities do not get paid out, because we protect the integrity of our network for genuine advertisers and users. Complaining on public reviews because your fraudulent attempts were caught by our security system does not make the platform a scam.

​Accounts are not blocked without cause. Restrictions are automatically applied when our system detects policy violations, such as generating invalid traffic, utilizing VPNs/proxies, attempting to complete tasks via unauthorized methods, or operating multiple accounts.

You guys keeps telling me my device is linked or connected to multiple accounts which is a complete lie, I use an iPhone and I have only one account, you guys even rejected my withdrawal request, talking about my account being a scam stuff or shit….but it’s fine I guess you guys are not real❤️ enjoy yourself

First of all there's absolutely no way to contact or speak to customer representative, your reply bot on the App don't reply to messages and lastly I withdrew money from your platform on the 14th till now it's still pending, so tell me why won't they call you people scam?
