We've worked with Klipboard (formerly Kerridge) for many years, from our time on OneOffice through to our move to K8/ERP One in 2014.

Over that period, we've grown significantly as a business and built a strong relationship with Klipboard. They've consistently helped us streamline processes and improve our ERP landscape.

Our confidence in the platform has led us to invest further in the Klipboard ecosystem, including solutions such as ePOD and Web Builder, as well as partner products including Phocas and Netstock.

The Klipboard team brings a wealth of knowledge across both support and project delivery, and they've taken the time to understand our business and its requirements.

We would happily recommend Klipboard to any organisation looking for an ERP partner and a platform that can scale alongside their growth.

We've used Klipboard (Insphire) for a number of years and it remains a key part of our day-to-day operations.

Like any system, we've experienced our fair share of issues over the years, particularly around performance and stability at times. However, what has stood out recently is the willingness of the support team to listen and work with us. They've been proactive in investigating ongoing issues, introducing monitoring, and helping us through our migration to Azure and Microsoft Intune.

Support tickets are dealt with professionally, communication is good, and it's clear they're committed to continually improving the platform. No software is perfect, but it's reassuring to see they take customer feedback seriously and are investing in making the system better.

Overall, a positive experience and we're looking forward to seeing the improvements continue.
