Klimek Academy Arvostelua 

I experience great change with Klimek Academy and their holistic bodywork approach. When we started, my body was very stiff, especially my neck, with limited head movement. (I didn’t notice how restricted my neck really was).
After a few sessions with Krzysztof, I noticed clear improvements in my mobility, posture, and overall body movement.
Even now, I still benefit from his YouTube channel and follow his guidance there. I would warmly recommend Klimek Academy to anyone looking for better movement, posture and who wants a better understanding their body.

Kurs holistycznego uwalniania powięzi to wspaniała przygoda, która oprócz nowych możliwości i umiejętności, dała mi sporo wolności w ciele, a tym samym w głowie. Poprawiła się nie tylko moja postawa, ale też pewność siebie i stawianie zdrowych granic. Oprócz ogromnej dawki wiedzy na kursie otrzymaliśmy sporo ciepła, zrozumienia i przestrzeni do bycia sobą. I have just completed the Holistic Fascial release course. I would thoroughly recommend it. I feel like I have been on quite a journey!
Not only did I learn some amazingly effective techniques to release fascia but
I gained insights into myself and a more holistic approach to understanding the body.
Kris is kind, patient and knowledgeable. I am grateful for everything I have learned.

Podjęcie się kursu holistycznego uwalniania powięzi była jedną z najlepszych decyzji w moim życiu. To szkolenie transformowało moje życie na wielu poziomach, a przede wszystkim jest dowodem na to, że ta terapia z ciałem może całkowicie zmienić budowę i ustawienie naszych kości! Po wielu latach borykania się z nieustannym bólem spowodowanym skoliozą, w końcu osiągnęłam wolność..wolność od bólu! A dodatkowo, to pozwoliło mi przywrócić głębsze czucie ciała.. rozpoznawanie własnych granic. Odnajdywania w sobie oparcia. Działania z głębii spokoju. Kurs Holistic Fascia Release to prowadzenie i wsparcie na wielowymiarowym poziomie, które poprawiło jakość mojego życia, zdrowia, oraz wzmocniło moją relację z samą sobą i otaczającym mnie światem. Z całego serca polecam ten kurs każdej osobie, która ma odwagę i siłę woli do zmiany siebie. Cała reszta jest możliwa do zrealizowania. To, co wyniosłam z tego szkolenia, mogę ująć w kilku słowach: uwierz w siebie i w swoją moc samouzdrawiania, a odkryjesz cud życia, o jakim nie śniłeś:)

Krzysztof jest świetnym fizjoterapeutą, z którym miałam przyjemność pracować w Polsce. Terapeutyczne ,,przepowiednie" Krzysztofa nawet po latach są ciągle prawdziwe :) Wpisałam w wyszukiwarkę Krzysztof Klimek Fizjoterapia Londyn. Trafiłam najpierw na stronę internetową Klimek Academy a później kanał Krzysztofa na YT. To bardzo ciekawe narzędzie, które oferuje wiele możliwości.
Na kanale znajdują się między innymi: autorskie programy ćwiczeniowe Krzysztofa, dostosowane do potrzeb różnych grup odbiorców. Ciekawe rozmowy z różnymi specjalistami. Fizjocasty, audycje radiowe, na których wiedza z zakresu fizjoterapii jest przekazywana przez Krzysztofa w prosty sposób.
Zdobyta wiedza pozwala nabyć większą świadomość w wielu kwestiach.
Są również filmiki instruktażowe pokazujące jak prawidłowo, z korzyścią dla swojego zdrowia wykonywać czynności codzienne. Na kanale można znaleźć też ciekawe medytacje.
To skarbnica wiedzy praktycznej dla każdego kto chciałby zgłębić swoją wiedzę, zawalczyć o swoje zdrowie. Sama korzystam, jestem zachwycona.

I attended the course of Holistic Fascia Release lead by Kris. I do recommend it truly as this method is life changing. Kris has a wide knowledge from various areas and he share it during the course. That is why it is so holistic. It increases the level of your consciousness and ecourage you to take care of yourself at higher level and shows you how to do it - to be grounded, connected to yourself and peaceful. I am grateful I had a chance to meet him and spread the knowledge further thanks to him. Thank you a lot Kris🙏

I have done a course of 7 sessions with Kris to realign myself and the support and transformation in this process has been incredible.
I also have to say what I really valued was that as a woman I felt really safe and that Kris had amazing boundaries and I never felt uncomfortable.
It’s great to be able to visibly see the transformation in my body and posture and feel my energy and life force has strengthened and also so much advice for my daily life .

I'm going thru transition of my life,in many ways,depths & shapes... HFR course is part of this. The course itself revealed so much to me of myself. On personal note and level,...it kicked me in the butt,I won't hide it. So apart from gaining wisdom,knowledge,techniques, attitude,awareness... I'm gaining more of Me. I received treatment from Kris for a football related leg injury. Kris provides expert care and attention in a calm, quiet, welcoming environment. Kris has deep knowledge of physiology and physiotherapy, able to quickly and effectively treat injuries. I would highly recommend Kris.

I refound my body and restored hope!
With a deformity and arthritis in my hip I regularly had pain spasms and was using my body less and less. Having tried 2 other physios I was not hopeful.
Krys helped me understand my pain and over the sessions has helped me release tension that was referred across my body.
My posture is changing, I am not having the painful spasms anymore and have found a renewed freedom of movement across my whole body.

Krys’s wealth of knowledge and applied understanding of my body has been game changing. I felt really understood and have found myself doing daily exercises with an enjoyment of my body.

After a very nasty fall which left me unable to walk on either foot, Krzysztof used his extensive knowledge and skill in exercise, foot/ankle manipulation and massage to reduce swelling. After 5weeks of treatments I am almost as good as new!! I am so grateful, otherwise it would have been many further weeks if incapacity

I highly recommend Krzysztof !!! this man does a great job. I am after a very serious illness and left hand surgery and since February I have regained a good half of my hand fitness !!
