Kleercircle Arvostelua

My wife and I have been working with Kleer circle for about a month now, and couldn't be happier. The team there is fantastic, and is helping us navigate the complicated process of owning and operating a short term rental. After just a few short weeks of working with them we've already gone under contract on a new home. We're extremely excited, and would recommend their services to anyone out there who hasn't quite been able to make the leap on their own.

If you’re a high-income individual, you may find yourself in the same position as many of us: you have money to invest, but not a lot of time. Logan and his new company, Kleer Circle, are an incredible option.

Logan’s guidance has helped me save a significant amount of money on my taxes, create positive cash flow, build generational wealth for my family, and avoid costly mistakes I likely would have made trying to do everything on my own.

Logan has been integral to my success. He has generously shared his knowledge and expertise with me, and working with him truly feels like a partnership. I’m incredibly grateful for the way he has helped me make more money, protect what I’ve earned, and make smarter decisions for my family’s future. I cannot recommend Logan and Kleer Circle highly enough.

Kleer has been so phenomenal to work with! They’re always on top of scheduling and always willing to help with all your needs! So happy to have them as an option for our cleaning/maintenance services!

I'd been wanting to get into short term rentals for a couple years but kept stalling on the research. Too many markets, too many unknowns, and I didn't trust myself to pick right. Kleer Circle took that whole piece off my plate. They found the property in Muskegon, ran the numbers with me, and walked me through the purchase from offer to close in 7 weeks. What I appreciated most was that nothing felt rushed or salesy. When I had questions, Logan answered them same day, usually with more context than I asked for. After closing they handled the setup, design, and listing launch, and I honestly did very little beyond signing things. We went live in July and had bookings our first week. If you know you want an Airbnb but don't want to become a full time researcher to get one, this is the way to do it. Five stars from me.

Really enjoyed working with the team at Kleer Circle. The team is super helpful, easy to work with, and made the whole process feel a lot less overwhelming. Grant is a wealth of knowledge and I’ve personally seen his STR skills in action. Definitely a great experience overall.

Logan and Grant have been great! Their knowledge and expertise is unmatched! It’s rare people exceed expectations, but that’s been the case with Kleer and their team!

The team at Kleer Circle has been great to work with! I would highly recommend to anyone looking at their first STR investment property!

After spending a lot of time researching the best returns I can get and the various short-term rental investing groups, Logan and the team were by far the best as he’s not only helped new STR investors establish themselves but he’s also built a meaningful personal portfolio that generates millions of $ (and he just turned 30). That’s the kind of investor I want to partner with.

He and his team were excellent in handling everything from market selection, underwriting through acquisition, design and launch while still keeping me informed and educated.

Anyone w a high 5 or 6+ figure tax bill must have a short term rental in their portfolio as the return is elite (tax savings + cashflow + principal appreciation + loan pay down/equity growth).
