Very Bad Store . Paid 250 CHF and Customs Fee 40 CHF and didnot get any delivery. No answer to my mail to Customer Service. Don‘t know what to do anymore, think my Money is lost :-(

If you’re considering buying from KLEED, be aware that their sizing runs extremely small and the return/refund process can be incredibly frustrating.

In my experience, it took more than five months to receive my refund. I was repeatedly told that delays were due to Portuguese customs authorities, but what was most disappointing was the lack of customer service and support for U.S. customers.

Even after KLEED had received my returned items, I am waiting another month and still had not been credited. Communication throughout the process was extremely poor and often non-responsive.

Five months to resolve a return and refund is simply unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not purchase from KLEED again, especially as a U.S. customer.

I have to pay £92.74 from DHL customs invoice just for one dress. As a UK customer this has never happened to me and also brought here before. I brought it on behalf of someone else so as I didn’t mention it I have to pay it:(

I planned a 3 day trip to Portugal, so ordered two kimonos well ahead of time to be delivered to the address where I'd be staying.

1. After a week Kleed still hadn't dispatched the goods
2. After a couple of reminders they eventually delivered...but not to the address given, so my first day in Portugal was spend retrieving the goods
3. Neither of the kimonos were the ones I'd ordered!
4. Customer service was not available as they were all on holiday for a week. Their emergency contact was useless.
5. Eventually I managed to get hold of the owner who was unapologetic and blamed the packer for getting the order wrong.
6. Trying to return the incorrect order wasted another day of my 3 day trip.
7. Kleed claimed they were too busy to locate my tracked return, so it took a while and a lot of phone calls for them to refund me.

The whole experience was appalling, and they did absolutely nothing to make it right.

Excellent product in terms of manufacturing, craftsmanship, quality of matetials, textures and weaving, environmental friendly, prompt delivery!!!

I bought a wonderful wool kimono coat this January but I bought wrong size, I returned it and their customer care team was super quick and professional taking care of me. They sent in 1 day another size after receiving mine. I love the brand. Can’t wait for next winter to buy another wool kimono. Congrats Kleed

Terrible slow to deliver! The jacket is deceiving unlike the picture shown on website at all! It’s too slow so untrue to size! Very angry and disappointed! I hope ppl can see this review and don’t buy from them! It’s supposed to be my partner’s birthday present now it’s not coz they do not reply your email 😭

Utterly disappointed in their customer service. RETURNED A PACKAGE IN FEB. IT’S APRIL AND I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY REFUND OF $800. I am tired of the excuses including that Portugal Customs made a mistake, staff is on holiday blah blah. KLEED CONFIRMED they had received the package. BUT STILL NO REFUND.

Kleed makes clothing from beautiful ikat cotton from India but I found it on the small-side of sizing and can see that other customers had a similar experience. I ordered a kimono back in December 2025 and it was too small unfortunately. It has taken all this time to receive a refund - postal disruptions in both Canada and Spain were part of the problem.
