Kitwizard Arvostelua

Nice people to do business with. Certainly ecommend Kitwizard.

Ordered on the 5th, it's now the 14th. No confirmation email of shipping, tracking show order placed only. I still receive parcels from Royal Mail everyday so there's no issue of postal service on my side. Somehow it got few emails, I tried emails and online form every other days, no reply at all. Might contact the bank to get my money back if no reply or parcel in coming days.

Update: I went to eBay to contact them, but don’t recommend doing it cause eBay may ban your account. 2 items I’ve ordered were out of stock, a bit annoying but they were planned as gifts so I took the replacements. Quality of items are good. However, I’ve got two emails telling me to update my reviews which is a bit annoying again. I also own a small business, luckily I never had any losing contacts and orders etc. Hope they can improve in the future cause they should realised they’ve got issues in their system not wait until multiple customers complaining and trying to find out what’s going on for over a week.

If I could give zero I would.. no sign of my gear, no replies to my emails.. just taken my money and disappeared.. avoid at all cost..

Update...
After contacting the main supplier, they offered to try contacting kitwizard for me, and it worked, had a call from customer service who explained they had a technical issue and lost all messages and info and were unaware of this..(these things can happen).. so after a conversation they sent my order and it arrived next day so can't fault them for that hence a lost star, and they didn't have the colour I wanted in stock which I would have likes but the replacement is just as good. May order from them again in future if I need something else, just to see how they get on, they deserve a second chance..

Good stuff!,if anything maybe tapped more easily to unravel even with (electrical tape) as I had to cautiously hack/tear my way through as they are quite fragile but very pleased with the product KW.😁

Helpful in the phone and goods despatched really quickly.

I love my adventure hat and it came super fast. Thanks!

Tritium things are brilliant will be getting more .
As for tracking the No provided sent me to German postal service which sent me to dhl whom told me my package was delivered, sent from poland to Israel!?

1st time bought from the store, and the experience was awesome.

Easy transaction, great price and the most important, they shipped the products very fast, no hassle.

Will surely buy again from them.

Two Thumbs up.

This is my first purchase from Kitwizard and I was very satisfied with both the product and the ease of ordering and delivery.

Snugpak Elite 3 Sleeping Bag

Best price I've seen (£75) inc. delivery. Kitwizard have a great range of brands and excellent prices. Have used before this purchase and would certainly recommend.

Great site, easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. Fast postage. Many thanks

Excellent items, fast delivery, brilliant email support.

Knowingly mis-sold me items repeatedly,
Knowingly mis advertised items or failed to update items on website

Great product, extra fast delivery. Any fluorescent lume cannot compare to tritium gas tubes. My geiger-counter didn't show any increase in radiation while holding the niteglowring close to it. So I'm considering it perfectly safe to carry it all day long in my pocket.

Great communication, easy ordering and fast shipping to the USA.
