don't really know what the fuss I've seen here is all about. a couple months ago I purchased but never got my hands on it and cancelled without any hassle. then a while ago before going on holiday restarted my subscription and I'll tell you what, that is a fantastic application. definitely worth every penny.

Subscription Status: I downloaded Kitup via the App Store on December 22, 2024, and initiated a subscription. Shortly after, I cancelled the renewal via my Apple ID settings. I have not actively used the app since August 2025.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate this complaint to the relevant Consumer Protection Authorities and initiate a chargeback process through my bank.

I have been charged multiple times by Kitupup without my consent (over £70 in total) and despite contacting them repeatedly, they keep asking for the same information over and over even after I have sent my payment receipts, the last 4 digits of my card, and my full name multiple times.

Every time I provide the details, they reply claiming they cannot “find a payment” under my email and ask me to send the exact same information again. This has been going on for weeks with no resolution and no refund.

I believe this is a deliberate stalling tactic and strongly warn others to avoid this company. I will be reporting them to my bank and consumer protection authorities for unauthorized charges.

Avoid at all costs.

They hide cancellation subscription button everywhere, even in google play.

The company's applications in my opinion are set up for easy money making, as the unsubscribe procedure is extremely complicated.
To find a way to unsubscribe, and the money has been withdrawn through my bank monthly in the amount of 9 euros since August 23.
I spent 2 or more hours each time to figure out how to unsubscribe from the program. Including negotiating the transfer from the App Store, through them I found out I had subscribed in the wrong place and a number of other actions. No results.
Still I spent 2 full working days sitting by the phone without taking my eyes off and feeling like a detective.
In the end, the developer Alexander Semenyuk with the Honeycomb Software team: refused to refund my money.
That I consider fraud.
In the letter of refusal, they said simply discontinued and the next day the money was withdrawn again.

Чтобы найти способ отписаться, а деньги снимаются через мой банк ежемесячно в размере 9 евро с 23 августа.
Каждый раз я тратил по 2 и более часов, чтобы понять, как отписаться от программы. Включая переговоры о переводе из App Store, через них я выяснил, что подписался не там, где надо, и ряд других действий. Безрезультатно.
Тем не менее я провел 2 полных рабочих дня, сидя у телефона не отрываясь и чувствуя себя детективом.
В итоге разработчик Александр Семенюк из команды Honeycomb Software: отказался возвращать мне деньги.
Это я считаю мошенничеством.
В письме об отказе они сказали, что просто прекратили работу, а на следующий день деньги снова сняли.

Complete scam. Do not share your credit card info with them.The app doesn’t give you a renewal alert, doesn’t ask for your consent, the subscription cancel option doesn’t work in app and website, without giving any option to cancel or asking for your permission they simply force you to renew and upgrade. Upon filing your complain they will just let you know it was all your choice and the subscription fee is nonrefundable, which is a complete lie. Stay away from this kind of scammers.

I purchased a 3-month trial membership through the application “Kitup.” During this period, I did not actively use the application. At the end of the subscription period, my membership was automatically renewed without my knowledge or consent, and a payment of $24.99 USD was withdrawn from my bank account without authorization.

I want to share my experience with KitUp, a service I don’t recall ever subscribing to. Recently, I noticed a charge from KitUp on my account. I was confused because I don’t remember signing up, agreeing to any terms, or even knowing what this service is about.

I immediately contacted their support team to request a refund, explaining that I never intentionally subscribed and am not using their service. Despite my concerns, they refused to issue a refund.

To me, this raises serious red flags about the company's business practices. if i subcribed it was not intentional, maybe I pressed the worng botton without realising it, refusing to resolve the issue is, in my opinion, dishonest and untrustworthy. It gives the impression of a company that prioritizes profit over transparency and customer satisfaction.

I’m sharing this to warn others—check your bank statements and be cautious with platforms like KitUp. If a company can't back up its legitimacy with fair customer service, that says a lot.

I was charged $49.99 for a subscription I didn’t use. I canceled the subscription immediately and contacted support.

They promised to respond within 24 hours, but it’s been longer and I haven’t heard back.

This is not acceptable. Please refund my money or I will have to report this as fraud.
