School photo disaster… plenty of space above the head of students, yet bottom half of school logo on blazer doesn’t show ! Really disappointing. Unprofessional. Amateur quality photography

At first I was cross as my sons photocard was invalid and the image taken seemingly lost but the company did manage to recover image. Unfortunately the time spend searching ment i had missed free delivery to school but as a goodwill gesture, kittle have sent me the image for free. I actually cannot fault the customer service I received.

Kittle have been doing my kids school pictures for the past 7 years and I'm always so happy with the quality and the price. I lost the details to order my child's picture and you went above and beyond to make sure I could get my child's picture. Kittle are amazing!

The "professional" photographers charges so much for a photo and they dnt even tell the children to fix their collar and hair, just simple things like this.

Had no choice But to use these as the school hired them and i’ll be spraking with the school directly, First off the pictures taken of the children are badly done, Only one photo and then all rushed through to the point some children didn’t even get a picture taken, These don’t appear to be professional photographers In anyway, The website is shocking, the organisation of how they do things shocking and The price is absolutely Disgraceful!!! We will not purchase kittle Photos again infact I could of done better myself. The postage is over £4 for two tiny photographs It doesn’t even cost that to send And the actual photo pricing is Frankly Robbing. Happy to take crap photos and take your hard earned money over but without a ounce of Quality. It was back in sept the pictures were taken.

Great customer service, managed to find a school portrait from 2008 (15 years ago!). No complaints.

Excellent customer support service. I had an issue with the access codes to my son's photos, and they kindly and quickly resolved the problem for me.

Have just received my children’s school photos, I struggled with the order process a little but their aftersales team helped me through it all. Hayley was patient and really reassuring. The quality of the prints were very good and I can now safely say Kittle has made my memories even better

This company is an absolute joke. The photo quality is shocking. You expect a lovely photo but no. They take the picture (just 1) and give no second chances. Pictures are ruined where people are mid laughing or talking. Then expect people to pay the earth for them when they make you look completely different to your normal self. The lighting is awful and really dark, they give you no advice on how to smile or sit they tell u to sit and just flash. No preparing or getting ready, they catch you completely off guard. I’m not sure how they even keep custom with the useless picture quality and inconsiderate staff. Let’s not forget they can’t even give you a chair your sat on a toolbox. They make you stand and take a picture looking so odd and weird. They edit your photos and make you look completely abnormal and then leave you waiting ages for them to come through after paying. Avoid!!!

I am very pleased with Kittle Photographic' s work !They are professional in their work, and the customer service is brilliant .I can not recommend them enough!
